Position requires experience in the following: - Using one or more high-speed interface protocols such as PCIe, CXL, UCIe, Ethernet, or USB. - Using controllers for one or more high-speed interface protocols. - Coding with Verilog, VHDL, SystemVerilog, and UVM. - Writing SystemVerilog assertions. - Developing regression scripts and debugging simulation failures. - Using EDA software for functional verification, including simulators and debuggers. • Provide technical sales execution to the Channel team, Channel partners, technical support, product engineering, R&D and the end customers. • Design and recommend tailored solutions based on a deep knowledge of the portfolio and capabilities to meet customers’ unique needs. • Continuously strengthen existing customer relationships and follow-up on customer complaints in a timely manner according to a defined process. • Know and confidently use basic sales techniques (e.g. communication, active listening, presentation…) • Support the Channel team with customer presentations and demonstrations by serving as the product expert through strong solution competence. • Analyze drive, PLC/HMI motor application problems and initiate effective measures for their solution. • Coordinate activities with related groups to most efficiently achieve objectives to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Develop specialist agents coordinated by a supervisor, with agency loops (ReAct) and an auditable decision log. • Build MCP servers that connect agents to operational APIs (.NET) and ML models via OpenAPI contracts. • Implement the MCP Host using LangChain / Semantic Kernel and LLMs via Azure OpenAI. • Implement Human-in-the-Loop (HITL) for high-impact decisions. • Ensure agentic security: per-agent identity (OAuth2), tool-level scopes, idempotency, sanitization against prompt injection, and prevention of PII leakage. • Version prompts (PromptOps) and instrument agent observability (LangSmith or similar). • Integrate with event-driven architecture (Azure Service Bus / Kafka).

• Acts as expert consultant to guide customer in planning and development of technical solutions • Assists with technical development of proposals, assuring compliance to Customer's specs • Acts as technical support to the commercial teams • Assists customers in trouble-shooting and analysis of protection and control systems • Track issues discovered during demonstration, evaluation, and testing of product • Lead technical presentations presented to customers in support of sales • Provide product training to customers and sales force • Assist customers in product testing at customer location • Work directly with customers to influence technical specifications • Take customer requests for quote and develop a product proposal • Develop and cultivate long-term relationships at the technical levels of customer organizations • Support the development of new leads and market opportunities
