• Serve as the lead HR partner for regional Supply Chain leadership across multiple distribution centers • Translate business needs into actionable HR solutions that drive performance, productivity, and retention • Provide guidance on workforce planning, staffing, and organizational needs across the region • Lead talent planning, succession, and development efforts for regional leadership teams • Partner with Talent Acquisition to support hiring strategies for both hourly and leadership roles • Coach leaders on performance management, development, and team effectiveness • Lead and support employee relations matters, ensuring consistent and fair application of company policies • Partner with Corporate Employee Relations and field leadership on investigations and issue resolution • Drive engagement initiatives and retention strategies across the region • Ensure consistent execution of HR programs, policies, and processes across all assigned locations • Partner with Centers of Excellence (Total Rewards, TA, L&D) to deliver effective HR solutions • Use data and insights to identify trends and drive continuous improvement • Lead and develop a team of HR Managers and/or HR Business Partners supporting distribution centers • Build HR capability within the region to support a complex, high-volume workforce • Serve as a key escalation point for HR-related matters within the region
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required
- 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including support of operations (supply chain, distribution, manufacturing, or retail)
- Experience supporting multi-site, high-volume environments with a strong employee relations component
- Proven ability to influence and coach operational leaders at the Director level and below
- Experience leading and managing remote teams in a field-based environment
- Strong working knowledge of federal employment laws including CA and WA state laws
- Ability to travel 50%
- Reside in mid-west or west coast to travel to responsible distribution centers
