Precision Optics Sales Manager

Role Description We are looking for a Sales Manager to join our Precision team. You will be responsible to promote the use of Satisloh North America, Inc equipment and supplies distributed, discover and qualify sales prospects. You will also close on sales in your territory and manage the after sales support that will further enhance the relationship of both the customer and Satisloh. Major Duties and Responsibilities: - Communicate sales prospects rapidly to the Satisloh sales department for entry into our database. - Sales forecasting. - Respond to the administrative requirements of the Satisloh Precision Optics team/Manager. - Provide technical service and support either personally or through coordination with the technical service group. - Understand customer needs, requirements and explain the benefits of using equipment and supplies distributed by Satisloh through analysis, demonstrations and simulations. - Distribute necessary literature, analysis, quotations and other sales media to prospects and customers to advance selling opportunities. - Continuous review/adaption of sales strategy to meet customer requirements 100%. - Monitor customer satisfaction. - Manage and maintain account balance and assisting in accounts receivable when necessary. - Assure compatibility and consistency with Satisloh business strategy. - Maintain normal travel schedule which involves approximately 50% travel to customer’s office, trade shows, and training and coordination meetings. - Ongoing contact with SLNA Precision Optics Manager to discuss market aspects. - Attendance at trade shows. - Attend product/operations training in Milwaukee and/or Wetzlar, Germany upon request. - Development of personal and professional goals and measurements. - Communication of competitive activities. - Regular business reviews with management. - Provide input to SLNA Precision Optics Manager on new product development. - Other duties as assigned. Administration: - Prepare and supply customer trip and call reports to SLNA Precision Optics (Ongoing). - Expense report (Weekly). - Update and maintain customer database. (Ongoing). - Prepare Activity report (Monthly). - Sales forecast (Monthly). Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field. - 5 years professional experience in the optical industry. - Previous capital equipment sales experience. Role Description As Sales Manager – Extra-Eyewear Division, you will take ownership of developing and executing our sales strategy for non-eyewear packaging clients. You’ll identify new business opportunities, build strong relationships with key accounts, and partner closely with design, production, and marketing teams to deliver customized solutions that meet client needs and reflect our brand’s high standards. - Drive business development and sales growth in the extra-eyewear packaging market (fashion, accessories, cosmetics, jewelry, etc.). - Identify, approach, and secure new clients across target industries and geographies. - Build and manage relationships with existing customers, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business. - Collaborate with internal teams (design, R&D, production) to create tailored packaging solutions that reflect client brand values and market trends. - Monitor market trends, competitors and customer needs to identify new opportunities. - Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals and quotations. - Manage the full sales cycle — from prospecting to closing — with a focus on long-term partnerships. - Report regularly on sales performance and market developments to management. Qualifications - Proven track record in B2B sales, ideally within packaging, luxury goods or premium consumer products industries. - Strong business development skills — from lead generation to negotiation and closing. - Excellent communication and presentation abilities. - Strategic thinker with a hands-on, results-oriented approach. - Ability to collaborate effectively with creative and technical teams. - Fluent in English (additional languages a plus). - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred. Role Description An Independent Doctor of Optometry affiliated with Target Optical (Luxottica) seeks an Associate Optometrist. You will work within the practice of a Target Optical Subleasing Optometrist as an employee or contracted doctor. As a private Independent practice, Luxottica operates the optical dispensary while the Affiliated Doctor operates the Doctors office and provides high quality optometric care and service to patients. Working as an Associate Doctor of Optometry within the practice, the terms of agreement, practice model, pay and hours are all negotiated directly between you and the Subleasing doctor.
