Role Description As the Workforce Analysis - HR Tech Analyst II, you will turn workforce data into insights, participating in key enterprise-wide initiatives such as CHOP's multi-year Skills Transformation Journey (powered by Workday Skills Cloud), Workday Prism, and Strategic Workforce Planning. What you will do - Data & Analytics Project Delivery - Manages designated HR Analytics projects throughout the project lifecycle including creation and delivery of project outputs, estimates, management presentations, user communications, IS & business leader coordination and project team supervision. - Works with stakeholders to turn business questions into reports and analysis. - Builds and maintains Workday reports (standard, advanced, and composite) that provide clear workforce insights. - Designs reports, dashboards, and worksheets that are easy to use and support decision-making. - Documents definitions, assumptions, and logic used in reports and analysis (creating or updating Data Catalog Articles, Knowledge Articles, Job Aides, etc.). - Analytics & Client Support - Strong working knowledge of CHOP's HR Technology data ecosystem, understanding how data connects across systems and where dependencies exist. - Demonstrates the ability to diagnose, document and resolve complex HR data issues from a functional, administrative and technical perspective. - Solicits analytics requirements, performs core report configuration, comprehensive testing and production enablement as part of an agile development lifecycle for a variety of HR functional areas. - Exhibits a consistently high level of customer service, collaboration and consensus building skills while working with internal clients and/or stakeholders. - Plans and administers end user engagement, promoting consistent data practices and improving adoption rates. - High level of technical acumen as it relates to CHOP's cloud based HCM system data sets. - Acts as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on CHOP HR reporting and analytics including how to best leverage system capabilities to satisfy specific client needs. - Works directly with IS function on analytics requests and data accuracy issues from inception through to completion. - Supports integration of related data sets including HR data model consultation, management of client data requests, validating data accuracy and identifying issues across reports and datasets.
