• Partner with multiple departments to curate information, deliver key insights and provide strategic perspectives; provide actionable recommendations based on data and performance objectives • Build financial models and sensitivity analyses to determine forecasted revenue, costs, and profitability for various scenarios and new growth initiatives • Prepare and coordinate materials for Executive management to effectively communicate company’s strategy and performance • Lead monthly rolling forecasts, quarterly outlooks, and annual budget process. Perform analysis to understand and communicate variances while working to improve forecasting methods • Identify and implement opportunities to improve efficiency, accuracy, and scalability of work through AI-driven solutions.

Job Requirements

  • Proven track record of translating complex and fragmented data sets to meaningful insights and recommendations
  • Independent and able to thrive in a fast-paced work environment fueled by inorganic growth
  • BA/BS degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, and/or similar discipline with analytical bias
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience including financial modeling, planning and decision support
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; highly proficient in other Microsoft applications
  • Experience with Workday Adaptive Planning (Adaptive Insights, including OfficeConnect) & NetSuite (strongly preferred), or other financial planning and ERP platforms
  • Ability to adhere to strict deadlines and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills – written and verbal.
  • Travel <10%.

Role Description Tapestry is looking for a diligent and results-driven associate to assist the Impact Investment team with transaction management, client management, and reporting. This role will suit individuals who are organized and are quick learners, as we are a small team that manages multiple streams.
