• Translate business goals into working, deployable systems • Propose architecture, workflows, and implementation plans for assigned modules/features; refine and finalize through review with Tech Leads and Engineering Managers before execution • Own modules end-to-end — from design discussion through release, post-launch stability, and iterative improvements • Turn ambiguous ideas into working demos quickly, with timelines scoped to complexity • Prototype using code, AI tooling, automation, or low-code systems • Validate through experiments and real user feedback, then iterate to production quality • Integrate email statistics and analytics with internal teams, and drive feature attribution and metrics visibility so a release is measurable on our dashboards • Build and maintain the Email Template Builder web app — a system powering 30M+ emails/day, directly impacting scalability (throughput at peak load), reliability (uptime and send success rate) • Optimize frontend rendering performance, component architecture, lazy loading, and state management; tune backend queries, caching (Redis/CDN), and latency at scale • Reason through token consumption, inference cost, and infrastructure tradeoffs when integrating AI/LLM tooling • Instrument systems with monitoring and telemetry • Build evaluation loops for continuous quality improvement • Automate workflows that increase engineering velocity • Maintain clear, repeatable documentation

• Manage and oversee core finance operations including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Treasury, and Fixed Assets, working closely with the in-house accounting team to ensure accuracy and efficiency. • Ensure timely period-end closure of books (monthly, quarterly, and annual) and review MIS and financial reports for submission to the parent company. • Review and monitor the internal financial controls framework, ensuring effective implementation and ongoing compliance. • Ensure compliance with applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 relevant to private limited companies. • Review and oversee direct and indirect tax compliances, including filings, computations, assessments, and audits, and coordinate with external advisors as required. • Ensure compliance with FEMA regulations, including reporting and documentation requirements. • Manage quarterly and year-end financial close under Indian GAAP (IGAAP) and act as the single point of contact for statutory audits conducted by a Big 4 audit firm. • Prepare and share financial reporting packs and reconciliations to support the book closure and consolidation requirements of the Holding Company. • Drive process improvements by streamlining internal finance workflows, controls, and reporting mechanisms. • Support special projects, ad-hoc financial analysis, and management reporting as required.

• Build and ship high-quality frontend features using Vue.js and Nuxt • Own projects end-to-end: requirements → design → implementation → testing → deployment → monitoring • Develop performant, responsive, and accessible UI components and booking flows • Optimize frontend performance (SSR, hydration, lazy loading, Core Web Vitals) • Design and integrate with backend APIs for scheduling, availability, and booking workflows • Contribute to backend services where needed (API design, data modeling, performance) • Break down complex problems into clear, actionable tasks and drive them to completion • Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and Backend teams to deliver intuitive user experiences • Proactively identify tech debt and improve system reliability

• Implement and optimize data access patterns for efficient interaction with large-scale data using ElasticSearch, Google Firestore, MongoDB Atlas, ClickHouse, and Redis. • Monitor, troubleshoot, and tune existing database instances (SQL, MongoDB, ElasticSearch, ClickHouse) to ensure sub-second latencies and operational stability. • Contribute to the design and implementation of high-performance components that handle terabytes of data. • Focus on instrumentation, benchmarking, and optimizing query paths, indexing, memory/CPU usage, and storage layouts. • Develop and maintain reusable frameworks, SDKs, and platform services in programming languages, with a focus on Node.js and GoLang. • Actively participate in design reviews and adhere to engineering best practices to maintain a high technical standard. • Collaborate with product and platform teams to implement best-practice data-access patterns and uphold SLAs. • Partner with multiple teams to deliver reliable, secure, and maintainable data platform capabilities. • Support the operational health of database environments, including contributing to processes for backup/restore, disaster recovery, security, and compliance across AWS, GCP, and Azure environments.

• Own key parts of the Workflows product experience across activation, builder usability, execution reliability, and long-term engagement. • Identify high-impact opportunities across the workflow funnel, simplifying complex automation journeys. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ship scalable improvements. • Drive initiatives that make it faster and easier for users to launch their first meaningful automation. • Lead efforts to make workflows a sticky product that users return to regularly.

• Architect, develop, and maintain reusable frameworks, SDKs, and core platform services using Node.js and GoLang • Build scalable, cloud-native solutions leveraging Google Cloud Platform (GCP) • Design and optimize systems that efficiently handle large-scale data and high-throughput workloads • Contribute to high-performance service architectures capable of handling massive scale with strong reliability and observability standards • Lead technical design reviews, establish engineering best practices, and mentor senior engineers across teams • Drive architectural decisions for scalability, performance, security, and maintainability • Partner cross-functionally with product, infrastructure, and engineering teams to deliver reliable platform capabilities • Improve developer productivity by building internal tooling, shared libraries, and scalable engineering foundations • Lead initiatives that leverage AI effectively across engineering workflows, including code generation, testing, developer tooling, incident analysis, and SDLC automation • Build and evolve systems, platforms, and engineering processes that improve SDLC efficiency, release velocity, reliability, and developer experience • Take ownership of critical platform initiatives from architecture through production operations

• Identify, engage and nurture new customer relationships • Align solutions to the customer’s goals, needs and objectives • Develop strong rapport with a pipeline of new business customers through inbound customer engagement that drives maximum trial conversion • Learn, understand, and be able to articulate and showcase the Value Proposition (i.e. Capture, Nurture, Close) of the HighLevel platform to impact trial to paid metrics • Conduct consultative trial engagement efforts for HighLevel’s sales process (via Zoom) • Engage through additional communication channels such as phone, SMS, email, ticketed & live Zoom support driving them to the best trial experience for their business with the end goal to get them to become a paying client • Collaborate with customers and cross-functional teams to identify compelling solutions • Exercise judgment in developing and implementing methods and techniques to obtain desired results while following industry best practices • Provide technical support to customers, if needed (during trial period, the more engagement opportunities, the more opportunities for conversions)

• Serve as a key administrator for time tracking systems, preserving global workforce data integrity. • Audit employee time entries for accuracy and completeness. • Resolve timecard discrepancies and pending manager approvals. • Support global payroll cycles by validating time data before processing. • Ensure correct employee compensation based on total hours worked and overtime rules. • Learn and support specific time tracking and pay rules for multiple regions. • Act as the face of time and attendance for staff, supporting new hires and training managers. • Identify bottlenecks and improve time tracking workflows with Payroll and HR teams. • Prepare comprehensive reports on overtime trends and attendance patterns. • Assist in audits and internal reviews to ensure records remain "audit-ready."

• Support ownership of customer-facing process documentation across the lifecycle. • Create and maintain process maps, SOPs, and workflows to ensure accuracy and scalability. • Ensure documentation reflects current business practices and is regularly updated. • Contribute to maintaining a centralized source of truth for Revenue Operations processes. • Identify process gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement across workflows. • Analyze handoffs between teams, roles, and systems to identify root causes. • Partner with cross-functional teams to validate findings and recommend solutions. • Support the execution of process improvement initiatives aligned with business goals. • Partner with teams across Revenue Operations, Trial Experience, Customer Success, Support, Affiliates, Account Management, Retention, and Systems. • Participate in process reviews and working sessions with stakeholders. • Help drive alignment on standard operating procedures and workflows. • Support governance frameworks for process ownership, updates, and change management. • Ensure timely updates to documentation as processes evolve. • Collaborate with systems, automation, and BI teams to align tools with defined processes. • Assist in enabling teams through clear documentation and process guidance. • Translate business processes into clear requirements and documentation. • Support tracking of process health metrics and KPIs with RevOps and BI teams. • Identify opportunities for standardization, automation, and scalability. • Contribute to operational consistency and audit readiness.
