• Expanding relationships with existing customers across all verticals. • Prospecting for net new accounts, greenfield building, and developing relationships with existing customers. • Maintain an active deal pipeline and ideal quota coverage in your territory. • Managing and creating demand for expansion on existing customers to widen the footprint of Collibra within these accounts. • Managing complex deal cycles, from lead origination to stakeholder mapping, through negotiation to close and expansion. • Successfully collaborating with customers, partners, and peers in a consultative sales process where you will identify value and ROI to support customer’s needs. • Reliable, accurate forecasting, with Salesforce updates reflective of real-time activity.
• Own the annual budget and rolling forecasts for the R&D organization, including engineering headcount, contractor spend, software and tooling, and allocated infrastructure costs. • Serve as the day-to-day finance partner for R&D fielding budget questions, modeling one-off scenarios, and providing financial clarity for leadership decisions. • Build business case models for R&D investments, new product development, platform initiatives, and major capability builds including projected costs, revenue assumptions, and payback periods. • Model investment tradeoffs for R&D leadership and track actual performance of approved investments against their original business cases. • Support growth and profitability target-setting by modeling how R&D investment levels translate into product capability timelines and downstream revenue potential. • Own cloud hosting cost reporting and forecasting tracking actuals by product line against budget and maintaining a forward-looking model that reflects planned usage growth. • Identify optimization opportunities across the cloud portfolio idle resources, over-provisioned environments, and commitment vs. on-demand mix and partner with engineering on cost implications of architectural decisions. • Build and maintain a product-level P&L for key product lines covering ARR, recognized revenue, gross margin, and associated R&D and GTM investment. • Contribute product line P&L, ARR, and pipeline performance to executive and board-level reporting.
Role Description Joining Collibra’s Customer Solutions and Services team, the Federal Enterprise Architect will work closely with customers at various stages of their Data maturity journey, from land to expansion to renewals. This is an exciting opportunity to work with large enterprises across the Federal business to support their roadmap and data programs with Collibra. - Leading federal customer engagements by delivering mission-aligned consulting services that adhere to Collibra’s Delivery Models, Engagement Processes, Methodologies, and Artifacts, while ensuring compliance with applicable government regulations and security standards (e.g., FedRAMP, FISMA, GovCloud). - Providing federal agencies with tailored data governance strategies that incorporate best practices, enable knowledge transfer, and drive measurable business and mission outcomes. - Partnering cross-functionally with Collibra Sales, Customer Engineering, Product, Support, and Executive teams to ensure alignment with federal acquisition cycles and stakeholder priorities. - Identifying opportunities to expand Collibra’s footprint within agencies by aligning product capabilities to evolving agency mandates, modernization efforts, and compliance requirements. - Meeting or exceeding utilization goals in support of federal client success, long-term program engagement, and repeatable delivery excellence. - Contributing to the growth of Collibra’s public sector services and licensing business through account expansion, strategic planning, and customer advocacy. Qualifications - 5-10 years of consulting experience supporting U.S. federal agencies with knowledge in the areas of Data Governance, Data Management or Data Quality. - An understanding of the leading PaaS providers, Data Lakes, Databases, and Integration platforms commonly adopted by federal agencies. - A minimum of 2 years of experience working with cloud platforms, network-based API integration (REST/JSON), and deployment automation. - Linux CLI proficiency. - Hands-on experience with AWS/Azure, Kubernetes, infrastructure and platform. - Experience with big data technologies such as Spark and Hadoop. - Familiarity in enterprise security solutions such as LDAP or Kerberos. - Hands-on experience with Data Quality, Data Pipelines, Data Orchestration, and/or Job Control tools. - Knowledgeable of at least two or three of the following: data management processes, including data governance, data stewardship, master data management, data cataloging, and business rules management. - Proficiency in leveraging APIs via Java, Python, or similar scripting language for custom software implementations in Enterprise Linux or Unix environments. - Experience with data warehousing, ETL, data integration. - Skilled in developing functional and technical specifications. - Experienced with Collibra or comparable technologies. Requirements - Because this role supports the U.S. government business, it is required that this candidate be a U.S. citizen who resides on U.S. soil and holds active security clearance (Secret/TS/TS-SCI). Measures of Success - Within your first month, you will complete Collibra's onboarding and product certification process, familiarize yourself with active federal customer engagements and their respective data maturity stages, and establish relationships with key cross-functional partners across Sales, Customer Engineering, and Product. - Within your third month, you will take full ownership of your assigned federal customer engagements, delivering consulting services in alignment with Collibra's delivery models and federal compliance standards, while identifying early expansion opportunities tied to agency modernization mandates or evolving data governance needs. - Within your sixth month, you will be operating as a trusted advisor to federal agency stakeholders, consistently meeting or exceeding utilization targets, contributing to at least one account expansion, and bringing repeatable delivery artifacts or best practices back to the broader Public Sector professional services team. Compensation for this role The standard base salary range for this position is $152,000.00 - $190,000.00 per year. This position is not eligible for additional commission-based compensation. Salary offers are based on a combination of factors, including, but not limited to, experience, skills, and location. • Acting as the primary technical contact for named accounts that subscribe to Premium Customer Support, serving as the customer’s trusted technical advisor and advocate back into Collibra • Owning Support Tickets for a small number of assigned customers by managing the communication and action plans toward effective and timely resolution of technical issues • Delivering proactive guidance and best practice to mitigate potential issues and equip the customer with the knowledge to address specific needs and priorities • Collaborating with Customer Success Managers and other account team members for assigned accounts to maintain a thorough understanding of the Customer's Technical Environment and product plans • Engaging and supporting the greater Premium Support organization and engineering team to assist with issues and provide technical guidance to ensure the customers’ overall success with Collibra products
• Serve as principal advisor to the GSC on all matters related to the PA compliance and any other applicable matters. • Maintain and enforce all obligations under the approved PA and APO, including visit controls, the Electronic Communications Plan, and the Technology Control Plan. • Serve as the primary point of contact with DCSA for all matters related to facility clearances, annual compliance reporting, and all FOCI mitigation oversight. • Review and approve all affiliate contacts, visits and communications between CPS and the parent company in accordance with the approved visit controls procedures. • Develop and maintain a FOCI mitigation instrument (Security Control Agreement, Special Security Agreement, or equivalent) in coordination with outside counsel on FOCI mitigation matters and any open compliance questions. • Establish and maintain all required DSS/DCSA-mandated records, plans, and programs. • Administer personnel security clearance processing end-to-end via JPAS/DISS, including nominations, investigations, and visit certifications. • Advise employees and managers on clearance eligibility, adjudicative guidelines, and ongoing reporting obligations. • Maintain a current and accurate roster of cleared personnel and access authorizations. • Lead Collibra's Insider Threat Program, including a multi-disciplinary hub and reporting mechanisms. • Develop and deliver annual and ongoing security education and awareness training for cleared and uncleared personnel. • Conduct self-inspection programs and prepare for DCSA facility reviews and annual compliance audits. • Serve as a trusted advisor to the General Manager and the GSC senior leadership on all security and compliance matters related to the government business. • Partner with independent legal counsel on export control compliance, including ITAR/EAR obligations as they intersect with CPSs products and services. • Support contract compliance and bid activities requiring security documentation or clearance certifications. • Coordinate incident investigations involving potential unauthorized disclosure, fraud, or insider threat, and ensure prompt reporting to GSC and DCSA as required.
