• Own the monthly budget-vs-actuals (BvA) process end to end, building out BvA and forecast reporting, and partnering with owners on variances and changes to key metrics • Support pre-IPO readiness, ensuring the accuracy, discipline, and rigor of corporate reporting meets the expectations of public-company stakeholders • Consolidate the Board deck materials, maintaining a consistent financial narrative and helping shape the company story • Produce business-unit reporting packages and ad-hoc analyses for leadership • Maintain and improve the consolidated forecast - rolling forecasts across the P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, including cash landing and capex projections • Maintain corporate forecast assumptions (merit, benefits, FX, tax rates, etc.) and build scenario and sensitivity analyses that inform strategic and resource-allocation decisions • Coordinate the finance calendar and executive review cadence • Partner with the finance systems team to enhance the corporate model, FP&A tooling (Abacum), dashboards, and playbook - applying AI and automation to recurring work
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (CPA or MBA a plus)
- 8+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, strategic finance, investment banking, or private equity, ideally within a high-growth SaaS business
- Strong understanding of GAAP and non-GAAP metrics for software companies, and the SaaS KPI set (ARR, GRR, NRR, CAC, LTV)
- Proven experience building and maintaining consolidated P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow forecasts
- Detail-oriented with exceptional analytical and modeling skills; comfortable with large data sets and complex models
- Experience preparing materials for executive, Board, or investor audiences
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate complex financial analysis into clear insights and partner effectively with cross-functional teams, including Accounting, People, and Strategic Finance, to drive alignment on financial performance and business priorities.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets with experience building complex financial models; experience with FP&A platforms (Abacum, Pigment, Anaplan, Adaptive Insights) and BI tools (Tableau, Looker) preferred.
- Public-company experience or pre-IPO readiness exposure a plus
- Strong business judgment, intellectual curiosity, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment
- Demonstrated ability to improve FP&A processes through automation, reporting enhancements, and scalable financial planning practices.

Role Description The FP&A Analyst will be responsible for administering and executing the Region’s Financial Planning and Analysis process. The position will work closely with all aspects of Regional finance and accounting resources to develop sound practices around budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, monthly/quarterly reporting, and will also interact with other functions within the organization (accounting, sales, operations, technology, M&A, legal) to enhance the capabilities of the FP&A function and to ensure completeness and accuracy of the reporting. Candidate selected will be required to follow ET hours. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - Assist in the planning, development, organization, implementation, and evaluation of the business’s fiscal function and performance. - Help create annual budgets and track monthly performance against those budgets. - Input budgets and maintain them in the company’s budget and financial system. - Identify major drivers and opportunities/risks, update annual budgets and forecasts as needed. - Provide monthly analysis of actual results to budgeted results for each reporting unit. - Analyze, understand, and explain to relevant parties year-over-year variations of actual or projected financial results. - Own the financial statistics of the locations supported, including C&F rollforward, headcount analysis, and other relevant KPI’s. - Analyze, understand, and explain to relevant parties any variations of actual results from the budget/forecast. - Track headcount, new hire budgets, open positions, etc., to report on trends and forecasts to finance leaders. - Coordinate with Corporate FP&A team to understand and effectuate any changes to reporting structure. - Support Acquisition Accounting, including due diligence and earn-out analysis. - Support system conversions to bring acquisitions on the platform. - Support change in accounting methods for acquisitions. - Execute on various regional accounting and finance initiatives. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree required. A finance or Accounting focus is a plus. - Prior experience within a corporate or business unit finance organization. - A minimum of 1 year of finance and accounting experience in a rapidly growing organization. - Experience in a continuous improvement, highly collaborative, and matrixed organization with the ability to lead process improvement and effect change. - Insurance brokerage experience is highly preferred but not required. - Experience with handling large sets of data is a plus.
