Role Description Tapestry is looking for a diligent and results-driven associate to assist the Impact Investment team with transaction management, client management, and reporting. This role will suit individuals who are organized and are quick learners, as we are a small team that manages multiple streams. We are also looking for a client-focused individual with experience in business communications. This role will work closely with the Impact Operations Lead and Investment Analyst. We are cross-functional and highly collaborative by design, and the role will have many touchpoints with the entire team and our clients. What you will be doing: - Create and update reporting for clients, as well as stakeholders within Tapestry. - Process membership forms and investment applications. - Generate and arrange for delivery of investment paperwork and approvals to investors and intermediaries, as required. - Meet or exceed customer service standards in managing emails, telephone calls, and communications from clients and investors. - Process tax forms for our clients and members. - Assist with yield distributions for members/investors of our clients on a pre-determined schedule using Tapestry's infrastructure. - Track memberships and investments for our clients using prescribed reporting templates and create new tools as required. - Export and manipulate reports for our clients upon their request with an appropriate turnaround time. - Manage investments in projects by: - Tracking interest earned on current investments. - Coordinating further investment or repayment of interest/principal as directed. - Following up to ensure funds are dispersed as directed and keep in-house documentation and tracking up to date and secure. - This role will evolve into one with some tasks related to dealing in securities by supporting the sales process for community bonds. Qualifications - 1-3 years’ experience in operations / transaction management. - Degree in bookkeeping, accounting, finance, or applicable experience. - Excellent organizational, time management, and prioritization skills. - Ability to follow established protocols, but flexibility to adapt to interruptions. - Experience in one-on-one customer service. - Experience creating reports in Excel. - Experience working with database software, and/or accounting software. - Diligence and strong attention to detail. - Experience working in a highly regulated environment. - Data management, numeracy, and math skills. - Exempt Market Proficiency Course/Dealing Certification or willingness to take the course within the first 3 months of employment. Requirements - Awesome to have: - Accounting, finance, or bookkeeping designation. - Knowledge of social enterprise and social finance. - Experience with payments systems and transaction management. - Experience with coordinating couriers, picking up and processing inbound and outbound mail. - Experience with scanning documents and digital filing by client and topic, ensuring proper naming protocol is being followed. - Bilingual (English with some level of written/oral French proficiency). • Serve as the primary point of contact for patient financial communications. • Clearly explain insurance benefits, deductibles, copayments, coinsurance, and out-of-pocket responsibilities. • Contact patients prior to or following services to discuss financial responsibility and collect payments. • Establish and monitor patient payment plans; assist with billing questions and clarify EOBs or statements. • Document all financial communications and transactions in the appropriate systems. • Review patient eligibility, estimate financial responsibility, and collect payments up front when appropriate. • Proactively help reduce bad debt through timely patient outreach. • Support Revenue Cycle Management by assisting with insurance eligibility verification, prior authorizations, claim status, payment posting, and special projects. • Consistently deliver compassionate customer service to patients, referral sources, and internal teams. • Maintain strict confidentiality and HIPAA compliance at all times.
• Own the annual budget and rolling forecasts for the R&D organization, including engineering headcount, contractor spend, software and tooling, and allocated infrastructure costs. • Serve as the day-to-day finance partner for R&D fielding budget questions, modeling one-off scenarios, and providing financial clarity for leadership decisions. • Build business case models for R&D investments, new product development, platform initiatives, and major capability builds including projected costs, revenue assumptions, and payback periods. • Model investment tradeoffs for R&D leadership and track actual performance of approved investments against their original business cases. • Support growth and profitability target-setting by modeling how R&D investment levels translate into product capability timelines and downstream revenue potential. • Own cloud hosting cost reporting and forecasting tracking actuals by product line against budget and maintaining a forward-looking model that reflects planned usage growth. • Identify optimization opportunities across the cloud portfolio idle resources, over-provisioned environments, and commitment vs. on-demand mix and partner with engineering on cost implications of architectural decisions. • Build and maintain a product-level P&L for key product lines covering ARR, recognized revenue, gross margin, and associated R&D and GTM investment. • Contribute product line P&L, ARR, and pipeline performance to executive and board-level reporting.
