International HR Director – Recruitment

- Proven experience managing and leading a team
- Hands-on experience managing an HRIS (HR information system)
- Hands-on experience managing an ATS (applicant tracking system)
- Experience creating training programs for onboarding and offboarding, using tools such as Trainual, SweetProcess, or similar
- Experience creating and managing KPIs for an HR/recruitment team
- Strong, results-driven mindset — full ownership and accountability for outcomes
- English at C1 level or higher (written and spoken)
