Role Description We're an AI-native recruiting platform working with top-tier startups in NYC and SF, many backed by A16z, Sequoia, and Y Combinator. Demand is effectively unlimited right now and we need recruiters who can fill roles fast. - Source and place candidates into engineering, product, and operating roles at high-growth startups. - Manage your pipeline end to end. - Build relationships with candidates and move them through to close. - Earn a % for every successful placement with no cap. - Place more, earn more. Qualifications - Must be hungry and willing to be persistent. - Open to cold calling/texting candidates on a consistent basis. - Strong people skills and ability to connect with candidates. - Perfect role for someone motivated. Requirements - ~$5,000 per placement, uncapped (place more, earn more). - Fully remote with hours you set, as long as you deliver. - Contact list and fully automated outreach and fraud setup tools provided. - Support with the broader tech stack you need to source, reach, and close efficiently. - Steady flow of roles from top startups, so you spend your time closing rather than chasing business (900+).
