Research Recruitment Coordinator

• Participant Recruitment and Scheduling: Assist with identifying, screening, and scheduling participants for in-person and remote studies. • Research Logistics: Coordinate study setup, manage session invites, track attendance, and ensure smooth day-of execution. • Communication Management: Serve as a point of contact for participants-sending confirmations, reminders, and follow-ups. • Data Tracking and Documentation: Maintain accurate participant and project records; support panel database updates. • Tool Support: Help maintain and organize research tools, documentation, and shared resources. • Incentive Processing: Assist with participant payments and ensure timely delivery of incentives. • Collaboration: Work closely with senior leaders to identify process improvements and enhance team efficiency. • Administrative Support: Provide general coordination and administrative support for ongoing research initiatives.

Job Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in research coordination, project coordination, marketing operations, or administrative support (experience in SaaS, gaming, or agency environments a plus)
  • Exceptionally organized and detail-oriented, with strong time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to multitask effectively and stay calm under pressure.
  • Comfortable using tools such as Google Workspace, Jira, Respondent, UserInterviews and/or Qualtrics.
  • A proactive problem solver who enjoys supporting a collaborative team.
  • Passionate about understanding users and improving digital experiences in the iGaming space.
  • Experience in iGaming is not required but would be a great bonus!
