Key Responsibilities - End-to-End Sales: Lead all stages of the sales process — from lead generation and qualification to deal negotiation and close. - Regional Prospecting: Develop and execute go-to-market strategies focused on the East Coast. - Solution Selling: Deliver engaging demos and proposals tailored to client challenges and objectives. - Sales and Negotiation: Drive revenue growth by negotiating contracts, closing deals, and ensuring client satisfaction with Qatium’s solutions. - Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including product, marketing, and engineering, to deliver tailored solutions that exceed client expectations. - Reporting and Insights: Provide regular updates on prospecting and account performance, client feedback, and opportunities for improvement to senior management. - Industry Expertise: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, challenges, and opportunities to offer valuable insights to clients. Qualifications - Experience: 5+ years in full-cycle sales roles, ideally in SaaS or B2B tech environments targeting U.S. markets. - Proven Track Record: Success in consultative, solution-based, or enterprise sales. - Education: Degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field preferred. - Skills: Outstanding communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities. - Language: Native-level English required; Spanish or other languages are a plus. - Location: Based in Spain. - Availability to Travel: Occasional travel for client meetings, industry events, or workshops. - Industry Awareness: Knowledge of water, utilities, infrastructure, or sustainability sectors is a plus. - Mindset: Growth-oriented, driven by impact, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, international environment.
