Role Description - Manage the full sales cycle from discovery call through contract signature and first payment. - Conduct consultative sales conversations to understand client challenges, objectives, and growth opportunities. - Present Plutus Media's services and develop tailored proposals for prospective clients. - Negotiate commercial terms and handle objections effectively. - Maintain a healthy and organized sales pipeline with clear next steps for every opportunity. - Consistently follow up with prospects and re-engage dormant opportunities. - Generate your own opportunities through outbound prospecting and relationship building when required. - Collaborate closely with SDRs and internal stakeholders to maximize conversion rates. - Maintain accurate forecasting and CRM records. - Build strong relationships with founders, growth teams, and senior marketing decision-makers. - Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets. - Provide market feedback and insights to leadership to improve sales processes and positioning. Qualifications - Minimum 2-3 years of experience in full-cycle B2B sales. - Proven experience owning the entire sales process from first conversation through close. - Demonstrated success selling high-value services, agency offerings, or SaaS solutions. - Strong understanding of consultative selling methodologies. - Experience closing deals with contract values of at least $25,000 per project (or $15,000+ per month retainers). - Ability to clearly articulate previous sales performance, quota attainment, deal sizes, and sales metrics. - Experience managing multiple opportunities simultaneously while maintaining strong pipeline hygiene. - Experience generating your own pipeline through outbound prospecting. - Excellent written and verbal English communication skills. - Strong objection-handling, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities. - Comfortable engaging with founders, executives, and senior decision-makers. - Highly organized, self-motivated, and accountable. - Comfortable working remotely and overlapping with EST and/or Pacific time zones. The Strategic Account Executive manages ongoing client relationships and strategic partnership initiatives for an assigned book of business dedicated to Health Plans. The Strategic Account Executive serves as a client facing resources for assigned clients. Candidates will be able to hold themselves accountable to their responsibilities, and should be a resource, coach and teacher to others. They must be able to assess and interpret client needs and requirements, and then identify solutions and company capabilities, translating concepts into practice.
