• To lead the delivery of consulting engagements, partnering closely with clients to solve complex operational and organisational challenges • To oversee teams, manage delivery quality, and act as a trusted point of contact for client stakeholders • Leading consulting teams and managing delivery across multiple project workstreams • Building strong, trusted relationships with client stakeholders • Structuring and solving complex problems related to operational improvement, risk, or transformation • Overseeing project execution to ensure quality, impact, and timely delivery • Coaching, mentoring, and developing consultants through performance support and feedback • Supporting client discussions, proposals, and account growth opportunities • Ensuring alignment with dss+ methodologies and consistent delivery standards

Job Requirements

  • Experience in management consulting, project leadership, or a related field
  • Proven experience managing project delivery and leading teams
  • Experience working on transformation, operational improvement, or change initiatives
  • Exposure to asset-intensive or operationally complex environments preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field
  • MBA or equivalent advanced degree beneficial
  • Fluency in English required; additional languages beneficial
