Role Description The Centralized Services Manager (CSM) plays a critical operational and team-leadership role in the success of Core’s centralized platform. This role is responsible for the direct supervision, coaching, and development of CAMs in the execution of day-to-day activities related to: - Accounts payable - Accounts receivable - Delinquency management - Vendor relations - Financial reporting Reporting to the Director of Centralized Services, the CSM ensures that departmental goals, tools, and processes are effectively implemented, optimized, and continually improved to drive portfolio success.
