SpecterOps
Role Description SpecterOps is searching for a Senior UX Designer to support the BloodHound Enterprise team. BloodHound Enterprise is a defensive Attack Path Management solution for Active Directory based on the enormously popular BloodHound open-source software. The Senior UX Designer will work closely with product management, engineering, and security experts to translate complex workflows and data insights into user-centered designs that enhance usability, accessibility, and product value. The Senior UX Designer is an individual contributor role with broad influence over design direction, UX strategy, and the evolution of the design system. Salary Range: base salary annually, commensurate with experience - Senior UX Designer: $140,000 - $170,000 Location: This position is remote, based in the U.S. with travel quarterly for in-person company events, conferences, and other ad hoc meetings. Candidate must be authorized to work and reside in the United States; we do not currently sponsor immigration visas. Responsibilities - Translate complex cybersecurity and data visualization concepts into intuitive, accessible user experiences. - Organize information and navigation to support clarity and scalability in data-heavy interfaces. - Design dashboard and report screens to support clarity and prioritization. - Develop and maintain high-quality, low & high-fidelity wireframes, prototypes, and UX documentation. - Contribute to UX research and testing to validate assumptions and refine design decisions based on user feedback. - Present and communicate design concepts and rationale to peers, leadership, and stakeholders with clarity and confidence. - Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers to uphold design standards. - Support the evolution of SpecterOps’ design system to ensure consistency, scalability, and accessibility across all product surfaces. - Stay informed about industry trends, emerging UX technologies, and design tools to continuously improve our design processes and outcomes. Qualifications - 6+ years of professional UX design experience, with a focus on enterprise or complex web applications. - Proven ability to design data-dense, technical, or security-related products. - Strong proficiency with modern design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Balsamiq). - Deep understanding of usability, accessibility, information architecture, and interaction design principles. - Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and data-driven design iteration. - Strong collaboration skills, with experience working in Agile development environments. - Exceptional attention to detail and an eye for clean, balanced visual design. - Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of articulating design decisions to both technical and non-technical audiences. Nice to haves - Bachelor’s degree in design, human-computer interaction, or related field preferred. - Experience contributing to or managing design systems a plus. - Familiarity with cybersecurity, IT administration, or related technical domains preferred. Role Description Want to break into political design? Get your start with us. Middle Seat is a full-service firm for progressive causes and candidates. We work with campaigns, nonprofits, advocacy organizations, and causes on the front lines of racial justice, climate action, privacy and tech policy, immigration rights, and economic justice. We’re looking for a creative, driven design intern to join our creative team for FALL 2026 (August 24 - November 13, 2026). As a graphic design intern at Middle Seat, you’ll work closely with our design team to support real campaigns and causes with impactful visuals. You’ll create: - Social media graphics - Digital ads - Print collateral - Branding assets You’ll be encouraged to bring your own creative voice while learning how to collaborate in a fast-paced political design environment. This role is available either in person at our Washington, D.C office or remotely. This role is not part of the bargaining unit. Role Description We Don't Need a Brand Designer. We Need a Direct Response Graphic Designer Who Can Produce 70+ Converting Statics Per Week. Most designers obsess over aesthetics. You'll obsess over performance—producing high-volume static ads that actually convert. This isn't a brand design role where you spend hours perfecting a single visual.
