Role Description This position is central to the missionaries' role to 'Invite others to come unto Christ by helping them receive the restored gospel through faith in Jesus Christ and His Atonement, repentance, baptism, receiving the gift of the Holy Ghost, and enduring to the end.' - Teachers are an entry support level individual contributor. - Helps train missionaries in a variety of settings and topics. - Training may include: - Language skills - Gospel doctrine/Preach My Gospel instruction - Missionary skill development - May train both junior and senior missionaries before they enter the MTC, while at the MTC, and after leaving the MTC. - Follow an approved curriculum and may be selected to participate in pilots and initiatives. • Assist in the work of salvation and exaltation by providing individual contributor, entry level administrative support to one or more leader and/or one or more functional team or work group. • Prepare memos, documents, reports, spreadsheets (including charts and graphs), and presentations using a wide range of software and platforms. • Collect data and compile information. • Take meeting minutes. • Use computer apps and software to schedule meetings and appointments and maintain calendars. • Answer and screen telephone calls - forwards calls and takes messages as needed. • Receive and sort mail and correspondence. • Operate standard office equipment such as copy machines. • Order office supplies. • Maintain office files. • Other duties as assigned.

• Oversee the maintenance and operations of multiple facilities. • Ensure facilities are prepared and aligned with their intended purposes. • Lead the facilities team of mixed workforce members. • Fulfill region assignments and coordinate with various stakeholders. • Ensure compliance with Church standards and regulations. • Accountable for key performance indicators (KPIs) related to timeliness, cost, quality, and self-performance. • Manage the work of other employees (may include mixed workforce). • Help support and mentor other Facilities Managers on best practices.

• Responsible for supporting the quality and growth of the program through online instructor leadership, coordination of curriculum improvements, and regular teaching of software development courses. • Lead and manage a team of Pathway Brasil online instructors who teach software development courses. • Supervise instructors who teach introductory, intermediate, and advanced courses in the program. • Coordinate curriculum feedback and support course improvements based on input from students, instructors, BYU-Idaho faculty, and BYU-Pathway Worldwide academic teams. • Teach online courses in the Software Development program. • Support quality assurance in teaching and learning for the courses under your responsibility. • Mentor and develop instructors and graders by providing feedback, training, and ongoing support. • Promote program growth by contributing to strategic conversations, long-term planning, and alignment with academic and professional standards.

• Design and produce a wide range of materials for print and digital, including: - Banners, posters, and signage - Brochures and flyers - Social media and web assets - Merchandise and branded materials - PowerPoint presentations - Long-form and publication design (e.g. booklets, magazines) • Work across a variety of formats and outputs, ensuring consistency and high quality • Use Adobe InDesign as a core production tool, ensuring compatibility with internal translation and review workflows • (InDesign is used across a wide range of asset types, not limited to long-form layouts) • Adapt global materials to resonate with local audiences across multiple countries and languages • Ensure all work aligns with established global brand and style guidelines • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, often under tight deadlines • Take ownership of projects from brief to final delivery with minimal supervision • Incorporate stakeholder feedback accurately and efficiently • Prepare files for both print and digital delivery, ensuring accuracy in: - Colour profiles - Formats and sizing - Production specifications

Role Description This position helps provide and maintain facilities which give Church members places where they can worship, teach, learn, pray together, make and renew covenants, and receive sacred ordinances. Each Church facility that is built and/or maintained should: - Provide a spiritual setting for members to worship - Present an image of reverence and dignity in the community This position assists the Facilities Manager to ensure timely maintenance to facilities using established processes and standards of maintenance, repair, and replacement. It also provides administrative support to a Facilities Management workgroup.
