Role Description The mission of this position is to help the Church provide essential teachings, resources, and services to members through project administration and coordination. This position is primarily for educational or religious purposes and should be used to enhance the personal and professional experiences of the Intern. This position will be a project management intern working in the publishing services department. This role will be hired to learn how to manage projects at the Church, own simple projects, and possibly assist a senior project manager with part of their work. Interns will be designated a specific pipeline to manage projects under with opportunity to be cross trained in an additional pipeline. The pipelines that we are looking for interns to assist with are: - Print: Assisting by managing small print jobs (e.g., brochures, flyers, trifolds, etc.) working with vendors and internal resources to accomplish this work. - Gospel Library App/Online: Manage updates and small projects for deliverables that are published on the gospel library app. Under general supervision, the Intern performs work as assigned by the department. Location: Based in downtown Salt Lake City (Church Headquarters). The position is open to remote work. Position will be full-time (Flexible up to 40 hours a week) for up to one year. • Reports to supervisor level in the Finding Support Center • Implements and optimizes the production of advertising campaigns by the Finding Support Center, ensuring the ads are high-quality, align with the Church's values and goals, and are culturally relevant and resonate with diverse audiences • Develops and maintains Tableau dashboards • Analyzes advertising, key indicator, and routing reports to determine opportunities for worldwide finding improvement • Synthesizes complex information into clear takeaways and recommendations using qualitative and quantitative methods • Conducts experiments, under the direction of the Worldwide Finding Team, to determine advertising best practices at the Finding Support Center • Develops spreadsheets and processes to measure the outputs, outcomes, and impact of the Finding Support Center • Assists in ongoing training and development of Mission Finding Specialists and Supervisors • Leads small groups of Mission Finding Specialists on ad-hoc projects

Role Description Student Services Representatives are responsible for providing excellent support to BYU-Pathway Worldwide students through a variety of communication mediums. Work Schedule: - This position is remote. Remote positions are available for applicants located in Utah or Idaho. - Employees are scheduled for specific shifts in coordination with employee availability and staffing needs. - Additional hours may be available and needed during peak service times, such as the beginning of new semesters. - Student Service Representatives may sometimes work up to 40 hours based on the employer’s discretion. This entails overseeing the day-to-day operations of video content creation, crafting and implementing impactful video campaigns, and strategically utilizing online social media channels to enhance brand visibility and facilitate enrollment growth. Additionally, these individuals are actively engaged in analyzing, assessing, and reporting on the effectiveness of video campaigns to optimize outcomes, aligning with the broader objectives of BYU-Pathway Worldwide's digital engagement efforts. This position is within the Family Services organization to help Church leaders care for individuals with social and emotional challenges by providing resources that are in harmony with gospel principles. It exists to provide direct counseling services and consultation to ecclesiastical leaders under close supervision.
