Role Description We Don't Need a Brand Designer. We Need a Direct Response Graphic Designer Who Can Produce 70+ Converting Statics Per Week. Most designers obsess over aesthetics. You'll obsess over performance—producing high-volume static ads that actually convert. This isn't a brand design role where you spend hours perfecting a single visual. This is direct response advertising. Speed matters. Volume matters. And most importantly—conversion matters. We need someone who can produce at least 70 static ad images per week. That's not a typo. Our creative testing machine requires high volume to find winners, and you'll be the engine that powers it. - Produce 70+ static ad images per week across multiple brands - Create direct response ads designed to stop the scroll and drive clicks - Work from creative briefs and iterate quickly on winning concepts - Build variations of proven ads (different hooks, colors, layouts, CTAs) - Follow templates and brand guidelines while maintaining speed - Understand direct response principles—headlines, benefit-driven copy, urgency, social proof - Collaborate with creative strategists on new concepts and angles - Organize and manage design assets efficiently - Meet daily and weekly output targets consistently Qualifications - Strong proficiency in Figma, Photoshop, Canva, or similar design tools - Experience creating static ads for paid social (Meta, TikTok, Pinterest) - Understanding of direct response design principles—not just making things "look nice" - Ability to produce high volume without sacrificing quality - Fast worker—you can turn around iterations in minutes, not hours - Eye for what makes ads convert: strong headlines, clear CTAs, scroll-stopping visuals - Organized—you can manage multiple brands and assets without getting lost - Reliable—you hit your targets every single day - Comfortable with repetitive, process-driven work - Open to feedback and quick to implement changes Requirements - Experience designing for DTC/e-commerce brands - Portfolio showing direct response static ads (not just brand work) - Understanding of ad metrics and what "good performance" looks like - Experience with UGC-style or native-feeling ad creatives - Familiarity with AI design tools for faster iteration Benefits - 💰 Monthly Salary: $1,000 - $1,500/month - Ad Bounty Program: Earn 1-3% commission on ad spend for high-performing creatives (ROAS 2.1+) - Remote-first environment - Work with a team of A-players who actually give a damn - Direct founder access—no layers of bureaucracy - Clear path to grow into senior creative roles as you prove yourself Company Description We're not just another e-commerce company. We're a brand incubator on a mission to build enduring, value-driven brands that bring meaningful products into families' lives. We've scaled from just drop shipping to a 50+ person team doing $1M+/month. Our goal? Multi 9-figures. And we're just getting started.
