• Source and identify qualified candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks. • Conduct proactive headhunting for various positions across multiple industries. • Screen resumes and evaluate candidate qualifications against job requirements. • Conduct initial candidate interviews and assessments. • Maintain accurate candidate records within the ATS. • Coordinate interview scheduling between candidates and hiring managers. • Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs. • Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process. • Ensure a positive candidate experience from sourcing to onboarding. • Meet recruitment KPIs and hiring targets within specified timelines. • Provide regular recruitment updates and reports to the Recruitment Team Lead.
Job Requirements
- Based in the Philippines.
- Minimum 6 months of proven experience in recruitment and headhunting.
- Previous experience sourcing candidates through LinkedIn and other recruitment platforms.
- Experience using any ATS (Applicant Tracking System) such as Bullhorn, Zoho Recruit, Teamtailor, Workable, Greenhouse, Lever, or similar.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Good command of English, both written and verbal.
- Ability to handle multiple vacancies simultaneously.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
