Role Description Remote role but must live within 150 miles of one of the following DLA Locations: Battle Creek MI, Columbus OH, New Cumberland PA, Philadelphia PA, Ft. Belvoir VA (HQ), or Richmond VA. Contingent Upon Contract Award. Connected Logistics is seeking a Cybersecurity Assessment & Authorization SME to assist in managing the implementation, maintenance and monitoring of cybersecurity in support of J6 Program Executive Officer's Portfolio of IT capabilities, associated Program Management Offices, IT infrastructure support and Operational Technology areas for Information Systems/Programs throughout the entirety of its system development life cycle. The Cybersecurity Assessment & Authorization SME serves as a cybersecurity Subject Matter Expert (SME) with regards to Assessment and Authorization (A&A) of information systems and all associated cybersecurity policies and procedures. Key Responsibilities: - Execute DoW/DLA cybersecurity processes to authorize information systems and maintain authorization. - Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for systems undergoing the authorization process. - Understand how security controls identified in the NIST 800-53 apply to the assessment and authorization process for large organizations like DLA. - Determine the residual risk of identified vulnerabilities and their ramifications on system authorization. - Brief senior management on the progress or results of an information system undergoing the Risk Management Framework (RMF) process. Qualifications - Excellent analytical and writing skills. - Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, MS Project, etc.). - Experience working with DoD/DLA. Requirements - Must be a U.S. Citizen. - Five (5) years of relevant C&A experience; Risk Management Framework (RMF) and NIST C&A experience; DOD cybersecurity experience. - Experience in assessing security controls and conducting authorization reviews for large, complex organizations. - DoD Approved 8570 Baseline Certification: Category IAM Level III (CISSP, CISM, GSLC, or CCISO). - Must possess IT-II Non-Critical Sensitive/Secret security clearance (T3) at time of proposal submission. • Develop ML models and supporting services for classification, clustering, similarity search, and prediction. • Implement RAG pipelines: document ingestion, embedding generation, vector indexing, and retrieval tuning. • Build APIs and microservices to expose model capabilities to enterprise systems. • Integrate ML components into existing DevSecOps pipelines (Azure DevOps, CI/CD workflows). • Implement duplicate detection, ticket routing, SLA prediction, and root-cause assist features. • Optimize model performance for latency, throughput, and accuracy. • Conduct model evaluation, error analysis, and iterative tuning. • Work with Data Engineer to align data pipelines with model input requirements. • Ensure outputs are explainable, auditable, and compliant with governance controls.

• Architect end-to-end AI/ML solutions • Define and implement model lifecycle controls • Design secure integration patterns across AWS, Azure, Salesforce, and Azure DevOps • Establish governance aligned to RMF constraints • Define model evaluation frameworks and implement monitoring for model performance • Oversee CI/CD integration for model deployment • Lead root-cause analysis and triage automation architecture • Mentor engineers and direct technical execution

• Assist Senior Recruiters and Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition to understand job requirements and draft compliant job descriptions • Support sourcing strategies through job boards, social media, and professional networks • Coordinate interviews, including heavy scheduling • Maintain accurate records in ATS to ensure compliance and ISO audit readiness • Assist Senior Manager, TA with recruitment metrics reporting and provide insights to management • Deliver a positive hiring manager and candidate experience throughout the hiring process • Government Compliance: Basic understanding of federal and state employment laws, including OFCCP and AAP guidelines and government contracting protocols • Recruitment Process Support: assist with job postings, candidate sourcing, heavy interview scheduling, and onboarding activities • Technology & Systems: assist in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS for data accuracy, reporting, and system updates and systems implementation support • Candidate Screening: conducting initial candidate reviews and ensuring qualifications align with contract requirements • Interview Coordination: manage scheduling and logistics for interviews • Communication: Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills for interaction with candidates and internal teams • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and respond to changing needs effectively

• direct the work of other system administrators to provide day-to-day system administration • organize and direct the configuration and operation of DLA's Okta • analyze and resolve end user software program and connectivity issues • conduct capacity and performance analysis and provides system configuration change and upgrade recommendations • increase system administrator efficiency and accuracy via the use of automated tools and scripts • develop system administrator procedures, and conduct system administrator training and skills assessment • provide end user training • provide recommendations on technology direction to align with business vision • provide local and remote maintenance support to various operational systems within the DLA Okta footprint • apply advanced technical knowledge of application networking, including load balancing applications, and ensuring fault tolerance • support general maintenance, upgrades, and new installs of servers and applications

• Manage a project and provide guidance and direction for specific projects or sub-tasks • Participate in planning of engagement and in all tasks delegated by managers • Design, implement and manage accounting or audit projects • Analyze and develop client solutions with team • Interface with the client on a day-to-day basis • Direct the completion of project specific tasks within estimated time frames and budget constraints • Manage day-to-day activities and review work products for completeness and adherence to applicable regulations and customer requirements • Deliver presentations and lead client meetings

• Identify, manage, and resolve cloud computing security risk • Implement best practices within a cloud environment • Work closely with the DLA LEGACY AMPS PMO • Secure and isolate the cloud tenancy • Research, recommend, and implement new OCI services • Administer middle and web tiers, single sign-on (SSO)
