• Conduct advanced candidate interviews to evaluate experience, communication skills, cultural fit, and overall alignment with client requirements. • Review recruiter recommendations and determine which candidates should advance to client presentation stages. • Partner directly with U.S.-based clients to understand hiring needs, provide recruiting updates, gather feedback, and align on hiring strategies. • Manage offer presentation, candidate negotiations, and closing activities throughout the hiring process. • Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to recruiters, helping improve candidate quality and recruiting effectiveness. • Develop and implement recruiting strategies for challenging searches across multiple industries and functions. • Identify opportunities to improve recruiting workflows, processes, documentation, and operational efficiency. • Collaborate with internal leadership to maintain high standards for candidate quality, client satisfaction, and hiring outcomes. • Monitor recruitment performance and contribute to continuous process optimization initiatives. • Support recruiters in overcoming sourcing, screening, and candidate management challenges.
Job Requirements
- 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably within a recruiting agency, staffing firm, or fast-paced talent acquisition environment.
- Strong experience conducting candidate interviews and making hiring recommendations.
- Experience working directly with clients and managing professional stakeholder relationships.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong ability to assess talent beyond resumes and identify high-potential candidates.
- Experience mentoring, training, or supporting other recruiters is highly preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Data-driven mindset with a focus on quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
- Experience recruiting for U.S.-based companies is highly preferred.
