• Du führst Bewerber Screenings und Erstgespräche durch und begleitest Kandidat:innen durch den Hiring Prozess • Du koordinierst Interviews, hältst alle relevanten Stakeholder auf dem Laufenden und sorgst für einen reibungslosen Ablauf im Daily Business • Du unterstützt im Active Sourcing und identifizierst passende Talente für unsere offenen Rollen • Du pflegst unser Bewerbermanagementsystem und stellst sicher, dass Informationen sauber dokumentiert und Prozesse zuverlässig nachgehalten werden • Du übernimmst Verantwortung für kleinere Projekte und bringst Ideen zur Optimierung unserer Recruiting Prozesse ein • Du arbeitest eng mit TA, Hiring Managern und weiteren internen Stakeholdern zusammen
Job Requirements
- Du bringst erste praktische Erfahrung im Talent Acquisition oder einem vergleichbaren Umfeld mit
- Du arbeitest strukturiert, behältst auch bei mehreren parallelen Themen den Überblick und setzt Prioritäten sinnvoll
- Du gehst Themen proaktiv an, übernimmst Verantwortung und wartest nicht darauf, dass Aufgaben verteilt werden
- Du arbeitest dich schnell in neue Themen, Tools und Prozesse ein und hast Freude daran, dazuzulernen
- Du kommunizierst sicher und professionell auf Deutsch und Englisch
- Du fühlst dich in einem dynamischen Umfeld wohl und kannst flexibel auf Veränderungen reagieren

• You ensure we find, hire, and onboard the best talent — and that everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. • You work closely with our CEO and take responsibility for people, recruiting, and organizational matters. • You own our entire recruiting process — from application to signed contract. • You screen incoming applications, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate further interview rounds. • When needed, you proactively source candidates and attract top talent for our growth phase. • You handle contracts, personnel files, vacation and absence management, and communication with accounting and authorities. • You ensure day-to-day operations are clean, structured, and reliable. • You make sure new team members settle in and integrate well. • You shape and promote our remote-first culture and advocate for a strong team spirit. • You take care of small things with big impact — from team gifts to special team moments like planning and organizing workations.
• Assist Senior Recruiters and Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition to understand job requirements and draft compliant job descriptions • Support sourcing strategies through job boards, social media, and professional networks • Coordinate interviews, including heavy scheduling • Maintain accurate records in ATS to ensure compliance and ISO audit readiness • Assist Senior Manager, TA with recruitment metrics reporting and provide insights to management • Deliver a positive hiring manager and candidate experience throughout the hiring process • Government Compliance: Basic understanding of federal and state employment laws, including OFCCP and AAP guidelines and government contracting protocols • Recruitment Process Support: assist with job postings, candidate sourcing, heavy interview scheduling, and onboarding activities • Technology & Systems: assist in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS for data accuracy, reporting, and system updates and systems implementation support • Candidate Screening: conducting initial candidate reviews and ensuring qualifications align with contract requirements • Interview Coordination: manage scheduling and logistics for interviews • Communication: Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills for interaction with candidates and internal teams • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and respond to changing needs effectively
