• Own and grow a portfolio of strategic Energy Transition OEM accounts, serving as the primary commercial relationship owner and internal account quarterback. • Develop and execute multi-year key account plans covering stakeholder map, application needs, customer programs, revenue/margin outlook, risks, competitive position, and share-of-wallet opportunities. • Build customer intimacy through disciplined multi-threaded engagement across engineering, procurement, supply chain, operations, quality, program management, and executive leadership. • Lead regular customer business reviews, program reviews, technical/commercial alignment meetings, and internal action reviews to ensure commitments are clear and closed-loop. • Identify, qualify, and convert new opportunities within existing strategic accounts and adjacent clean-energy applications by understanding customer systems, specifications, pain points, and decision criteria. • Partner with engineering, product management, quality, operations, customer experience, and finance to support launches, capacity planning, delivery commitments, design-in activity, and issue resolution. • Lead commercial execution including value-based selling, pricing strategy, quotation discipline, long-term agreements, contract negotiation, and escalation management. • Manage complex project timelines, customer milestones, qualification requirements, launch risks, and cross-functional deliverables with strong project management discipline. • Maintain accurate CRM data, account plans, sales forecasts, opportunity stage discipline, and pipeline health metrics; use 80/20 thinking to prioritize high-impact activity.
• Manage sales activities in a specific sales region for ADS accounts, including but not limited to generating leads, writing sales proposals and quotes, leading proposal presentations including presentation development and generation, development of pricing strategies, negotiating and procuring sales contracts, delivering signed contracts to Operations • Develop ADS accounts within a Region and develop strategies to meet individual client needs • Join and actively participate in local industry associations • Present technical presentations in conferences and sales seminars • Sell concepts & close accounts with municipal wastewater and consulting engineering customers • Meet and/or exceed individual revenue threshold while maintaining and growing sold margins by working with Operations managers to develop competitive pricing for opportunities • Timely follow-up on leads generated through both corporate and regional efforts for ADS accounts • Report daily & weekly in the contact management data base (CRM) of ADS account prospecting activities including schedules, opportunity management and contract status • Abide by on-the-job site safety requirements • Initiate Project kick-off meetings prior to project start-up for ADS accounts • Work closely with Operations to determine specific project requirements for costing purposes, and function as client interface for ADS accounts • Assist in contract interpretation and initial legal review • Complete Special Projects as requested

Role Description The Sr. Product Manager – Nanoparticles is responsible for supporting the Microfluidics range of products throughout its lifecycle; taking responsibility for the understanding of customer needs and our ability to fulfill them with current and future products. This includes management of product information to support the development and launch of new products through defined NPD processes, collaborative development of marketing materials, gathering voice of customer (VOC) to support strategic change, demonstrating equipment and engaging directly with customers to support sales processes. This cross-functional global role supports: - Strategy development - Product roadmap design - Product development process management - Pricing - Upstream marketing value proposition and messaging - Development of voice of customer process and practice Working across multiple business units and time zones, this role will require good interpersonal skills and the ability to travel up to 30% of the time. Qualifications - A Bachelor of Science degree in mechanical engineering, molecular biology, chemistry, or related discipline. - A minimum of 2+ years of experience in LNP type equipment supplied to the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry. - Minimum of 3 years Product Management experience in either LNP type equipment or similar equipment sold into manufacturing. - Evidence of ability to craft strategic direction and tactical marketing campaigns in the B2B space. - Experience in working successfully in a matrixed global organizational structure and across functions. - Up to 30% travel, domestic and international, required.
