Director, Growth – Health Plan Partnership Strategy

• Own a portfolio of health plan and partner accounts post-launch, service as the primary relationship owner responsible for retention, engagement, and long-term account health. • Lead structured business reviews, strategic planning sessions, and annual account planning with external stakeholders to align on goals, surface opportunities, and demonstrate ROI. • Identify and pursue growth opportunities within existing accounts increasing campaign scope, broadening stakeholder engagement, and deepening the partnership over time. • Coordinate cross-functional execution across internal teams (product, clinical, marketing, operations) to ensure partner commitments are delivered on time and with clear impact. • Own performance-based metrics tied to account growth, retention, and utilization; proactively manage risks and escalate where needed to protect and grow the book of business. • Navigate complex, multi-stakeholder environments at health plans — building relationships across clinical, operational, and executive levels to drive alignment and sustained adoption. • Maintain rigorous pipeline and account hygiene in Salesforce, tracking engagement activity, forecasting renewal and expansion opportunities, and supporting leadership reporting. • Contribute to scalability initiatives by identifying patterns across accounts and partnering with internal teams to build repeatable playbooks, processes, and tools.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in B2B roles: account management, customer success, or partnership management, with demonstrated success growing and retaining existing accounts.
- 5+ years owning performance-based metrics tied to account growth, retention, engagement, or utilization.
- 5+ years managing external relationships in complex, multi-stakeholder environments
- Experience leading structured business reviews, strategic planning conversations, or annual account planning with external stakeholders. Along with proven ability to grow relationships in multi-stakeholder environments.
- Experience using Salesforce, with the ability to manage a sales pipeline, track performance, and support forecasting
- Experience as a player coach, managing portfolio, as well as managing individual contributors that own relationships with a portfolio of health plans and/or partners

Role Description As a Growth Team SkillBridge Intern , you are someone who enjoys diving into data-driven work to identify new market opportunities. You’ll be directly involved in developing strategies to drive Rise8’s business expansion, focusing on market research, lead generation, and supporting sales efforts.
