Team Leader, JACC Specialty Journals

Role Description The Executive Managing Editor oversees daily operations of all aspects for selected JACC Specialty Journals, seeking editorial and production efficiencies and synergies between publishing efforts of all JACC journals. This includes: - Collaborating with key member leaders of JACC journals. - Providing guidance and direction to meet editorial and business needs. - Overseeing the planning of outreach events for selected JACC Specialty Journals. - Managing staff and contractors involved in the submission and peer review process for selected JACC Specialty Journals. - Ensuring best practices are followed consistently across all journals. - Enabling a stable and accessible platform for all users. Recruiter – Fixtures & Merchandising

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for field and corporate positions within the Fixtures & Merchandising Division. • Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and other recruiting channels. • Conduct phone screenings and initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit. • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and facilitate timely hiring decisions. • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified installers, merchandisers, and project support personnel nationwide. • Track candidate progress and maintain accurate records within the applicant tracking system. • Create and post engaging job advertisements across multiple platforms. • Support onboarding activities and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. • Develop recruiting strategies to support rapid project staffing requirements. • Monitor recruiting metrics and provide regular updates to management. • Partner with operational leaders to understand workforce needs and forecast hiring demands.
