Job Description

Technical Recruiting Manager

FlexTrades

• Partner w/ Senior Manager of Technical Recruiting to create content and lead team meetings to drive fulfillment results • Leverage and champion AI-enabled tools and automation to enhance sourcing, screening, and recruiting efficiency • Develops and executes recruitment strategies to attract top-tier technical talent • Perform skill reviews, character assessments and evaluate technicians during the selection process to ensure placement best practices are being coached and implemented • Assist and support the Senior Manager of Technical Recruiting in maintaining the selection process for current openings and pipeline opportunities • Review and monitor the Technician Determination List • Monitor and analyze recruiting metrics to improve efficiency and effectiveness • Lead day-to-day of recruiting team, including providing direction, coaching and guidance to Technical Recruiters • Monitor recruiters’ priorities and progress through the week to meet fulfillment targets • Hold weekly 1:1 meeting with Recruiters to review individual dashboards • Coach/Counsel Technical Recruiter performance • Complete reviews with Technical Recruiters according to the company review process and schedule • Interview and train new hires to recruiting team, to include creation or updating of training content • Collaborate with all FlexTrades departments such as Sales, Operations, Accounting, Marketing, IT, Safety, HR, etc. as needed to support recruiting & fulfillment outcomes

Job Requirements

  • Experience with a travel model of skilled labor technicians, or traveling nurses required
  • Experience with Bullhorn, Google Docs, and Microsoft Teams
  • 4+ years of recruiting management experience
  • 2+ years of recruiting experience
  • Experienced managing a fully remote recruiting team
  • Experience recruiting or managing recruiters filling skilled trades and/or Engineering roles in manufacturing
  • Experience leading recruitment teams within a travel-based workforce model
  • Most current/recent experience was as a recruiting manager
  • Experience managing at least 6 – 10 high-volume recruiters at various levels of tenure
  • Experience developing, and elevating recruiter performance through structured coaching and performance management
  • Experience using ATS systems and training recruiters in how to use them
  • Experience holding recruiting metrics and commission discussions with recruiters
  • Experience with process improvement and change management
  • Experience working with a budget.

Role Description The Recruitment Consultant will drive and coordinate end-to-end talent acquisition activities, primarily executing the recruitment and selection processes associated with the organizational restructuring of relevant Country Offices, while ensuring full compliance with UNFPA policies, procedures, and applicable Staff Regulations and Rules.
