Associate, Member Data Integrity Associate

Role Description The Member Data Integrity Team (DIT) is responsible for creating and maintaining member and customer records and order transaction processing. The team also manages the American College of Cardiology (ACC) member and customer database, dues billing and collection activities, marketing and discount code creation, and product code set ups. The position supports the Member Care Team by responding to phone calls and emails as needed, received via the organization’s global email, along with supporting Member Giving activities. The Associate, Member Data Integrity is responsible for all aspects of data maintenance and customer service related to membership dues renewal processing, profile updates, exception reporting, and duplicate record management.
