Role Description The Member Data Integrity Team (DIT) is responsible for creating and maintaining member and customer records and order transaction processing. The team also manages the American College of Cardiology (ACC) member and customer database, dues billing and collection activities, marketing and discount code creation, and product code set ups. The position supports the Member Care Team by responding to phone calls and emails as needed, received via the organization’s global email, along with supporting Member Giving activities. The Associate, Member Data Integrity is responsible for all aspects of data maintenance and customer service related to membership dues renewal processing, profile updates, exception reporting, and duplicate record management. • Coordinates inquiries and responses to requests for appointments and meetings. • Maintains and updates team members’ calendars • Secures travel reservations, including airfare and hotel accommodations and other needs as requested. • Manage expense reimbursement and invoice processing, including review, process, coding and filing. • Handle routine correspondence, special projects and telephone inquiries for the consulting unit. • Support the management of invoices, expense reports, contract maintenance, and other general correspondence for currently active contractors under the supervision of the Executive Vice President, Consulting. • Coordinates unit social and business activities and assist with overall logistics functions, including managing office supplies for the business unit. • Support Executive Assistant, Consulting with compiling and providing supporting materials for MedAxiom and other official meetings that involve the Consulting team, including creating reports and PowerPoint presentations. • Assist the consulting team staff with special projects as needed -- involving, but not limited to, simple data analysis and report preparation, internet research, database maintenance, table and chart creation.

The Administrative Assistant is part of an administrative team that provides support for multiple teams within MedAxiom, including MedAxiom Consulting, Revenue Cycle Solutions, Industry Consulting, and Care Transformation. This person will provide support for key leaders within MedAxiom and administrative needs across the organization. This person will frequently interact with MedAxiom’s staff at all levels and external stakeholders.

• Provide cardiovascular consulting services to members and non-member CV programs, industry partners, and other CV stakeholders across North America and globally in the following areas: - Vision setting and strategic planning - Governance and leadership - Service line development - Operations, both inpatient, outpatient, and ambulatory - Clinical integration and standardization - Specialty clinic development and optimization - New program development - Workforce planning and development - Provider compensation - Physician / Hospital integration and alignment strategies - Co-Management development - Cath lab, ASC, and Office Based Lab assessments, optimization, and development services - Population health - Risk contracting • Create written and electronic content based on the above, working closely with internal MedAxiom and American College of Cardiology (ACC) resources • Present and speak in front of large and small groups • Business development, on behalf of MedAxiom

• Managing and advancing revenue integrity programs that ensure accurate, compliant, and complete charge capture, coding, and billing across cardiovascular service lines. • Leading revenue cycle management (RCM) assessments, coding and documentation reviews, audit and monitoring activities, and targeted education initiatives to identify revenue leakage, mitigate compliance risk, and improve operational performance. • Serving as a subject-matter expert and program leader, translating regulatory requirements and audit findings into practical education, process improvements, and standardized best practices. • Managing revenue integrity processes and initiatives.

The Medical Coding Specialist will abstract, analyze, and assign ICD-10-CM, CPT, HCPCS codes and appropriate modifiers for evaluation and management (E/M and diagnostic tests for professional services only. Coder must be Certified and have a minimum of 3 years’ experience. This is a remote position based in the USA, candidates my possess the ability to work independently and with a team; have problem-solving skills; have the ability to work with a wide range of programs and individuals; and possess the ability to manage multiple projects at once. The coder is responsible for adhering to deadlines, quality, accuracy, and productivity measures. This position is responsible, for compliance with federal regulations in accordance with HIPAA, CMS, International Classification of Diseases (ICD) classification system, Current Procedural Terminology (CPT) system and Evaluation and Management (E&M) guidelines.
