• Supervisionar, orientar e liderar uma equipe de engenheiros de software, gerenciando a distribuição de tarefas, avaliando o desempenho e promovendo o desenvolvimento profissional dos membros da equipe. • Estabelecer e manter a arquitetura de sistemas e padrões de codificação, garantindo que as práticas de engenharia adotadas sejam as mais adequadas para os projetos em questão. • Participar ativamente do desenvolvimento de software, dissemina e define padrões técnicos de desenvolvimento. • Coordenar e gerenciar projetos de desenvolvimento de software, desde a concepção até a entrega, garantindo que sejam concluídos dentro do prazo, do orçamento e com a qualidade esperada. • Solucionar problemas complexos de engenharia, oferecendo soluções técnicas inovadoras e eficientes através da colaboração de times multi disciplinares e projetos de sistemas distintos. • Facilitar a comunicação entre a equipe de desenvolvimento e outras áreas da organização, assegurando que os objetivos do projeto estejam alinhados com as necessidades do negócio. • Manter-se atualizado nas melhores práticas de desenvolvimento de software, disseminar e aplicar junto ao time. • Aplicar e disseminar tendências adenderentes a arquitetura de sistemas da Unifique, buscando maior eficiência no uso de recursos de TI • Contribuir para o planejamento estratégico da área de TI, ajudando a definir objetivos técnicos de longo prazo e estratégias para alcançá-los. • Desenvolver as habilidades técnicas e de liderança dos membros da equipe, através de mentorias, treinamentos e feedback contínuo. • Conhecer os negócios da Unifique com objetivo de propor soluções técnicas de alto valor agregado para empresa.

Job Requirements

  • Conhecimento de frameworks e bibliotecas comuns utilizados no desenvolvimento de sistemas.
  • Compreensão de conceitos de programação orientada a objetos e design de software
  • Conhecimento em sistemas de controle de versão, como Git
  • Experiência em desenvolvimento de sistemas
  • Conhecimento em metodologias ágeis e em gestão de projetos
  • Conhecimento em bancos de dados SQL e NOSQL
  • Conhecimento em arquitetura e modelagem de sistemas (Domain Driven Design, Microserviços, Evemt Driven Design)
  • Ensino superior completo ou em andamento e/ou com especialização na área.

Role Description The Engineer is responsible for designing, programming, installing, and testing SCADA and plant control systems for solar, solar and storage, and other hybrid plants. The system must integrate multiple sub-systems of the renewable plant to meet the operational and regulatory needs of the owner and the grid operator. The Engineer will: - Develop and implement logic for complex custom applications. - Capture client requirements for the system. - Coordinate with clients and contractors. - Perform testing and develop HMI screens. - Ensure continuous improvement and operational excellence for controls and controls-related systems and equipment. - Aim for a zero-failure rate, eliminate single points of failure, and achieve aggressive targets for uptime and reliability. This position is nominally based in Perrysburg, Ohio, but the right candidate may be able to work remotely from other locations.
