Role Description ¿Desafío Élite: Eres el Automation Engineer que redefinirá el Testing en Guidewire? En este rol, serás el guardián de la calidad y la eficiencia de nuestras soluciones de core asegurador: - Diseñar, desarrollar y mantener frameworks de automatización avanzados para las aplicaciones Guidewire PolicyCenter y BillingCenter. - Crear y ejecutar scripts de prueba automatizados para pruebas funcionales, de regresión, integración, APIs y de extremo a extremo (End-to-End). - Colaborar estratégicamente con analistas de negocio, desarrolladores, product owners y stakeholders de habla alemana para entender requerimientos y definir estrategias de prueba de alto nivel. - Validar a fondo configuraciones, personalizaciones, integraciones, flujos de trabajo y procesos de negocio dentro del ecosistema Guidewire. - Analizar resultados, identificar defectos y realizar análisis de causa raíz trabajando codo con codo con los equipos de desarrollo para una resolución ágil. ¿Cómo mediremos tu impacto? - Cumplimiento mensual de objetivos de eficiencia de Proyectos. - Alineación y ejecución efectiva del plan estratégico establecido. Qualifications - Más de 8 años de trayectoria en automatización de pruebas y entornos de QA. - Experiencia sólida validando Guidewire PolicyCenter y/o BillingCenter. - Capacidad para desarrollar y mantener suites de automatización utilizando herramientas como Selenium, Playwright, Cypress o frameworks similares. - Nivel de inglés avanzado (C1) y dominio del alemán fluido (ambos obligatorios para la interacción diaria con el cliente). Role Description ALTEN Mexico is looking for a Design Engineer – Interior (Soft Trim) who will be responsible for the comprehensive development of vehicle interior components. The role requires technical expertise, deliverable management, interaction with suppliers, and proficiency in PLM/CAD tools. 📍 Location: Saltillo, Coah., México 🕒 Experience Level: 1+ years 🌐 English: B2–C1 Key Responsibilities - Synthesize program requirements (financial, weight, complexity) aligned with the thematic style. - Evaluate advanced topics and escalate incompatibilities. - Define part breakdown and assembly sequence. - Develop source packages (PBOM, eBOM, technical sheets, DVP&R). - Support technical reviews and supplier evaluations. - Oversee master section development and 3D releases. - Manage design practice analysis and critical issue resolution. - Maintain issue logs and present them weekly. - Conduct manufacturing and assembly feasibility studies. - Create technical sheets and DVP&R for new components. Qualifications - 1+ years of experience in automotive interior design or development (soft trim). - Proven experience as a DRE, DRE support, or Product Engineer. - Proficiency in CAD tools: CATIA and/or 3DX (3DExperience). - Strong knowledge of GD&T, tolerances, variation analysis, and parametric design. - Experience with manufacturing processes, feasibility, interfaces, and validations. - Knowledge of DFMEA, DVPR, and technical development documentation. - Knowledge of DFMEA/DFA, injection molding, and tooling processes. - Experience with PLM systems, BOM management, and engineering release processes. - English level B2–C1.
