Role Description Terabase Energy is seeking an RTDS Engineer to support the delivery of real-time Hardware-in-the-Loop simulation solutions for utility-scale solar, BESS, and hybrid renewable energy projects. This role will be primarily responsible for developing, configuring, validating, and maintaining project-specific RTDS and RSCAD models used for plant controller, SCADA, EMS, inverter, and substation control validation. The RTDS Engineer will work closely with Controls Engineering, SCADA Engineering, Project Engineering, Modeling & Validation, Commissioning, and customer-facing teams to ensure HIL simulations are ready for internal testing, FAT, customer witness testing, and field issue replication. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of hands-on experience with PSCAD, RSCAD, RTDS modeling, and HIL setup for project-specific power plant validation. Role Description We are seeking an experienced Senior Payroll & Benefits Lead to own end-to-end payroll operations and benefits administration across our US and international workforce. This is a hands-on ownership role: you will directly run US payroll, serve as the review and approval authority for international and EOR (Employer of Record) payrolls, and manage benefits programs globally. You will be the subject-matter expert ensuring employees are paid accurately, on time, and in full compliance across every jurisdiction in which we operate. The ideal candidate combines deep US multi-state payroll expertise, particularly in California, with hands-on certified payroll experience in construction environments and experience overseeing international payroll through in-country providers and EOR platforms. A strong controls mindset for reconciliation, audit readiness, and compliance is essential. Qualifications - 7+ years of progressive payroll experience, including 3+ years running US multi-state payroll end-to-end. - Experience reviewing and approving international payroll through in-country providers and/or EOR platforms. - Hands-on benefits administration experience, including carrier invoice reconciliation and 401(k) administration. - Strong knowledge of US federal, state, and local payroll tax regulations and wage-and-hour requirements. - Working knowledge of ERISA, ACA, COBRA, and related benefits compliance frameworks. - Proficiency with major payroll/HRIS platforms and EOR platforms. - Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills; comfort reconciling large data sets. - Exceptional attention to detail, discretion with confidential data, and a strong controls mindset. Staff Controls Engineer - OT SCADA Projects

Role Description The Sr. Controls Engineer – OT SCADA Projects leads the design, configuration, commissioning, and support of plant control systems for utility-scale solar, storage, and hybrid renewable energy projects. This engineer works with minimal oversight, applies expert knowledge of grid functionality and Utility/ISO standards, mentors junior engineers, and contributes to product standards. Approximately 80% of this role is project execution, while up to 20% is continuous improvement and product development. Role Description We are seeking a Design Engineer to create PV power plant designs for projects from early stages of the project life cycle to detailed engineering for construction. Design Engineers are capable of creating highly detailed array layouts based on project site conditions, customer preferences, and their own knowledge of current technologies during the conceptual stages to optimize the value of the project. During the detailed engineering phase of the project, the Design Engineer will coordinate with internal and external resources as needed to generate the engineering package, obtain necessary construction permits, and assist in construction administration during the installation of the system. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Construction Management, Energy, Operations, or related field. - 8-10+ years of experience in project delivery, operations, construction technology, renewable energy, or adjacent industries. - 3+ years of direct people leadership experience managing PMs or equivalent delivery organizations. - Demonstrated success leading distributed or cross-functional teams. - Strong experience managing portfolios rather than solely individual projects. - Experience with project management and collaboration tools (JIRA, Confluence, Primavera P6, Cora, Wrike, Project Insight, or equivalent). - Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and executive presentation skills. - Ability to manage competing priorities across multiple customers and programs. - Willingness to travel up to 30% of the year, primarily domestic to customer project sites and HQ offices. Preferred Qualifications - Master’s degree in engineering, project management, operations, or related field. - PMP, PgMP, PMI-ACP, or equivalent certification. - Experience in PMO, delivery, or customer operations functions. - Experience supporting utility-scale solar, construction technology, GIS, remote sensing data, or data delivery environments. - Familiarity with financial planning, resource forecasting, and operational KPIs. Compensation And Benefits Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. This role offers a base salary of $100,000 – $140,000. Within each posted range, individual pay is determined (and may be greater or higher), dependent on work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
