• Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for up to 30 active requisitions • Identify, engage, and assess internal and external candidates using proactive sourcing techniques • Deliver consistent pipeline development for current and future hiring needs • Partner with business stakeholders across corporate functions to support hiring strategies • Provide labor market data and recruiting insights to influence hiring decisions • Execute strategic sourcing strategies across multiple channels • Utilize Applicant Tracking System (Workday) to manage requisitions and candidate workflows • Achieve weekly and monthly recruiting metrics • Use AI-powered recruiting tools to support candidate identification
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 6 years or more years of recruiting experience
- 5 or more years of experience recruiting within healthcare, life sciences, or clinical services environments (preferred)
- 3 or more years of experience using Workday Recruiting modules (preferred)
- 5 or more years of experience supporting corporate function hiring (e.g., HR, Finance, IT, Legal) (preferred)
- Professional certification such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, AIRS, or LinkedIn Certified Professional–Recruiter (preferred)
