Recruitment Sourcing Specialist
Hire Overseas
• Support a fast-moving staffing and recruiting team by identifying, engaging, and qualifying top talent across a variety of client positions • Proactively build candidate pipelines through job boards, social media, professional networks, and internal databases • Conduct outreach across multiple channels, screen resumes, perform preliminary interviews, and keep pipeline records accurate and current • Source qualified candidates using job boards, social media, professional networks, referrals, and internal databases • Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs across client accounts • Stay current on labor market trends, sourcing strategies, and recruiting technologies • Conduct initial candidate outreach through phone calls, emails, text messaging, and social networking platforms • Screen resumes and candidate profiles against client position requirements • Perform preliminary phone interviews to assess qualifications, skills, experience, and interest level • Partner closely with recruiters and account managers to understand client hiring requirements • Schedule interviews and coordinate communication between candidates and recruiters • Promote a positive candidate experience throughout every interaction • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the ATS • Track sourcing metrics including candidate response rates, pipeline activity, and sourcing effectiveness
Job Requirements
- 1 to 3 years of experience in recruiting, sourcing, staffing, customer service, sales, or a related field
- Comfortable conducting high-volume outreach across phone, email, text, and social platforms
- Experience sourcing candidates using job boards such as Indeed, LinkedIn, or similar platforms
- Proficiency with ATS platforms and candidate tracking tools
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple pipelines and priorities simultaneously
- Self-directed and persistent with strong follow-through on candidate outreach and pipeline maintenance
