Marketing Program Manager

• Serve as the central coordinator responsible for translating go-to-market strategies into actionable marketing plans. • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders, creative teams, and marketing partners to manage project timelines and oversee campaign readiness. • Support the delivery of customer-focused marketing programs. • Lead end-to-end project management for marketing initiatives from planning through execution. • Develop and maintain detailed project timelines and dependency tracking. • Monitor project risks and implement mitigation plans. • Coordinate priorities across multiple stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of business objectives. • Establish and maintain regular operating rhythms and status updates. • Prepare project updates, status reports, recommendations, and presentations for stakeholders.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Project Management, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in cross-functional project or program management.
  • 3+ years of experience managing project timelines, deliverables, dependencies, risk mitigation, and stakeholder communications.
  • 3+ years of experience using project tracking and reporting tools, including Excel and collaborative planning platforms.
  • 3+ years of experience supporting marketing operations, campaign execution, launch planning, or go-to-market programs.
  • Experience managing multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present information clearly to diverse audiences.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams.
