Overview Dynatrace is seeking to add an Engineering Intern to its D1 Support Operations team to address its growing need to enable customers to find the right information at the right time. As an D1 Support Operations Intern , your work will help create a world where software works perfectly. Your role at Dynatrace We are looking for a Business or Computer Science student with junior or senior level standing to join us this summer on our D1 Operations team. This is a full-time, paid internship. Responsibilities: Support the definition of a Support Knowledge Management strategy and processes Implement AI tooling to accelerate drafting articles and curating knowledge for customers Collaborate with our data science team to build quality controls to improve our LLM/agents The D1 Intern will partner with VP Operations, Director of Support Operations, Data Science, ML Engineers, and Director Support here and will gain hands-on industry experience in the Engineering field.
