• Own the day-to-day investigation and management of Cyber, Technology Errors & Omissions, and Miscellaneous Professional Lines claims. • Take total ownership of a dedicated claims portfolio, efficiently conducting investigations, managing negotiations, and recommending accurate claim reserves. • Collaborate deeply with internal security and technology teams to offer policyholders proactive incident response and preventative services. • Manage external service providers during incidents to aggressively reduce losses and ensure meticulous file documentation.

• Lead and automate the ISO 27001 ISMS: full ownership of the ISO 27001 program integrated into the QMS — controls, risk register, policies, internal audits, corrective actions. Design and improve automation workflows (Notion, AI agents, reporting) to remain continuously audit-ready • ISMS / medical device cybersecurity interface: Ensure alignment between the ISMS and QMS, support medical device cybersecurity requirements (IEC 81001-5-1, IEC 62443, SBOM, MDR Annex I §17) in partnership with the QARA team, contribute to technical files and audits on security aspects, support the DiGA gap assessment (BSI TR-03161) on security, monitor FDA cybersecurity guidance • Prepare for new regulatory frameworks: Anticipate and translate NIS2, HIPAA, SOC 2 requirements into pragmatic controls and concrete deliverables

The Mission: What you will achieve in the first 6 months: - Take complete ownership of delivering the strategy and driving growth for our primary and excess cyber business across the region. - Utilize your established network to actively engage and educate the broker market to maximize new business opportunities, achieve premium targets, and drive profitable growth. - Collaborate seamlessly with our in-house technology and security experts to execute client engagement strategies. - Evaluate risks and determine pricing based on both cutting-edge security data and foundational underwriting principles. Qualifications - 5+ years of experience as a cyber underwriter or a cyber broker, backed by a proven track record of growth. - Possess a strong, active network of broker relationships in the French market. - Deep, technical knowledge of cybersecurity and cyber insurance markets. - Demonstrate sound risk and pricing decision-making, incorporating technology/security resources and traditional underwriting principles. - Fully bilingual, with fluent spoken and written French and English. Additional languages is a plus for further regional expansion. - Technical fluency in G-Suite. For more information, please visit www.resilience.com The Sr. Specialist, Technical Evaluations & Proposals role is an integral member of the Commercial Operations team responsible for generating proposals across our franchises: Biologics, Vaccines, Cell Therapy and Gene Therapy for Advanced R&D, Technology Platforms, Process & Analytical Development, Drug Substance and Drug Product offerings varying from budgetary estimates to detailed work statement (binding contract) scopes in order to fulfill specific customer requirements for new and existing projects including scope changes, extensions, etc. They will work with subject matter experts across multiple sites globally to provide the technical fit assessments of customer requirements and deliver a high quality, robust proposal with industry leading technical and commercial value propositions that meet Customer expectations. This role will partner with Sales & Business Development in initial, pre-proposal issuance, post proposal issuance and customer calls to close business. The role will be responsible for working with key internal colleagues, using costing and timeline tools, to generate approved program pricing and timelines. Minimum Job Qualifications · A fundamental understanding of Biologics, vaccines, cell therapy, gene therapy development and manufacturing and drug development lifecycle required. · Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational and time management skills. · Previous experience in a customer facing role. · Strong interpersonal, oral and written communications skills. · Strong analytical skills. · Self-disciplined, demands high-quality results and able to multi-task effectively. · Ability to work effectively in a matrix-team environment. · Proactive and able to effectively prioritize in an entrepreneurial environment. · Proficient in MS Project, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and MS Word. · Ability to travel (≤ 10%) and work non-standard hours (flexible management). Preferred Job Qualifications · 4-6 years of bio/pharmaceutical R&D and / or manufacturing industry experience, CDMO · 3-5 years of technical evaluation & proposals experience · Salesforce CRM experience · Relevant skill set in program management, sales, business or technical experience is highly valued for consideration. · Prior experience writing Drug Product proposals is highly valued for consideration. • Design, implement, and maintain Okta SSO and MFA configurations, including authentication policies, SCIM provisioning, RBAC, identity governance, and workflow automation. • Administer Azure/Entra ID including enterprise application integrations (SSO, SCIM, OIDC, WS-Fed), Conditional Access policy design, identity lifecycle management, and user provisioning and deprovisioning. • Manage Microsoft Intune environments including Autopilot deployment, device configuration profiles, compliance policies, security baselines, and endpoint protection across Windows, iOS, and Android. • Administer Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive, managing permissions, mail flow, retention policies, and cloud service integrations. • Design and enforce endpoint compliance standards, partnering with the Security team to respond to identity anomalies, implement best-practice security policies, and maintain audit-ready configurations. • Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts and automation workflows to streamline identity lifecycle operations, endpoint provisioning, and compliance reporting. • Provide advanced L3 troubleshooting for identity systems, endpoint connectivity, collaboration tools, and cloud platform issues across hybrid on-premises and cloud environments. • Maintain comprehensive technical documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base articles to standardize identity and endpoint management processes. • Collaborate cross-functionally within IT teams to support projects, improve workflows, and drive continuous improvement.
