• Launch and own new services like cards issuing, mass payouts from the scratch. You own the full arc: problem definition, solution design, delivery, and live. • Help shape the long-term product strategy for the Treasury direction — not just execute a roadmap, but build the case for where the product goes next. • Run continuous customer discovery — user interviews, cust dev, working directly with B2B clients to sharpen what Solidgate Treasury actually solves for them. • Translate customer insight and partner documentation into concrete product decisions. You'll work with complex integration specs and API docs. • Drive the full development lifecycle in a cross-functional team - from RFC and PRD to production - working daily with engineers, and many cross-functional teams.
• The vision, architecture, and roadmap for ML/AI at Solidgate — a true greenfield direction, not a maintenance handover • Building and leading the team, combining new hires with engineers who already carry a deep payments context • A real-time ML decisioning system with direct revenue impact • A recommendation engine and other ML-driven features that lift merchant conversion and revenue • Integrations of cutting-edge AI technologies to drive innovation • Partnership with Product, Engineering, and the Data Platform team (who handle ML Ops) to solve hard modelling problems and build orchestrated training and analytics pipelines • Clear communication of complex results to audiences from engineers to executives
• Build and operationalize the SIEM from PoC to production - including case management and UEBA, with full ownership of the technology selection • Design, write, and tune detection rules mapped to MITRE ATT&CK, covering identity compromise, privilege escalation, lateral movement, and endpoint threats • Triage and investigate L2/L3 alerts, reduce false positives, and establish clear escalation paths for each use case • Lead incident response and basic forensics - containment, eradication, and structured lessons learned • Onboard log sources across AWS, JumpCloud, Google Workspace, CDE, and SWIFT; • Run threat hunts based on realistic attack hypotheses specific to a payment platform's risk profile • Build and maintain runbooks and playbooks; automate repetitive actions via SOAR or scripting • Define SOC metrics and own monthly reporting to management on detection coverage and response performance
• Design and build backend services for corporate card issuance and management, including roles and user permissions • Integrate with core banking providers, AML systems, and SWIFT to enable reliable, compliant payment flows (SEPA, SWIFT, payout to cards) • Analyze third-party documentation and translate it into concrete integration and architecture plans • Participate in product decisions across the full development lifecycle — from RFC and PRD to production • Improve the performance, scalability, and observability of the system using tools like Kafka, tRPC/Connect RPC, Loki, and VictoriaMetrics • Hold quality to a high standard: write unit and functional tests, follow security best practices, and contribute to automated CI/CD pipelines • Collaborate daily with design, finance, and platform teams to ship a seamless end-to-end user experience
• Launch and optimize Meta Ads campaigns on Instagram to grow followers and brand awareness • Build and test ad sets across different audiences: lookalike, interest-based, retargeting • Run creative experiments — test hypotheses on audiences, copy, and visuals • Track core metrics: CPF (cost per follower), reach, engagement rate, CTR)
• Build and own talent marketing campaigns globally — strategy, execution, measurement, no handoffs mid-way • Develop the EVP and core messaging for international talent: arm recruiters with the tools, competitive insights, and pitch to close strong candidates • Own external partnerships that put Solidgate in front of the right audiences — media, communities, platforms, events • Plan and run talent events across Europe that people actually want to attend • Track what works — reach, engagement, quality of hire pipeline — and use it to sharpen the next move • Stay ahead of new formats, tools, and channels before everyone else is already there
