Director, Product Operations
Infios
• Own and operate the Release Governance program, including readiness checkpoints, cross-pillar dependency management, and the global release calendar to ensure predictable, conflict-free delivery. • Lead launch governance and GTM readiness orchestration, ensuring Product, Engineering, CX, Marketing, Enablement, and Growth deliver against defined standards and timelines. • Drive high-impact Product 360 reviews, coordinating cross-functional inputs, validating signals, and delivering executive-level storytelling aligned to Celebrate / Challenge / Commit themes. • Build, scale, and continuously improve Product Operations systems and tooling (Monday.com governance structures, dashboards, templates, SOPs, operating cadences) to create consistency and repeatability. • Strengthen cross-pillar visibility and alignment across OMS, WMS, TMS, Platform, and AI by ensuring shared clarity around risks, dependencies, and execution health. • Partner with Analytics to validate KPIs, adoption signals, telemetry (Pendo), and executive dashboards, ensuring leadership decisions are grounded in accurate, trusted data. • Lead sunset and end-of-life governance coordination, including readiness planning, documentation, communication alignment, and customer impact visibility. • Drive continuous improvement across the product organization by identifying systemic gaps, elevating governance maturity, and raising the overall execution bar.
Job Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive experience in Product Operations, Product Program Management, Business Operations, or related leadership roles within SaaS or enterprise software environments.
- 5+ years’ operating at a senior leadership level (Senior Manager / Director), partnering directly with Product, Engineering, GTM, CX, and Executive Leadership.
- Proven ownership of release governance, launch governance, and portfolio-level operating frameworks across multi-product environments.
- Demonstrated ability to translate strategy into scalable operating systems, governance models, and structured execution standards.
- Strong cross-functional orchestration skills with the ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives with sound judgment and proactive risk identification.
- Exceptional executive communication and storytelling skills — written, verbal, and visual — with the ability to drive alignment and accountability.
- Strong proficiency with operational and analytics tooling (Monday.com, Pendo, BI/dashboard platforms) and experience validating leadership-grade metrics and telemetry.
- Track record of improving predictability, alignment, and operational quality in growing or scaling organizations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, Computer Science, or related field required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Relevant certifications (Agile, SAFe, PMP/PgMP, Product Ops methodologies) are a plus.

• Establish and maintain a single, centralized source of truth for the product roadmap that Leadership, Engineering, and GTM teams can rely on. • Design and orchestrate a standardized launch readiness process across Product, Engineering, Marketing, Support, and Field teams. • Build and operate the system that aggregates field feedback from Sales Engineers, Customer Success Managers, and Support into actionable, prioritized signals for PMs. • Administer and continuously optimize the PM tooling stack (Jira, Confluence, Productboard/Airtable). • Define and track operational KPIs — including roadmap freshness, launch compliance, POV conversion rate, feature adoption velocity, and stakeholder satisfaction — to measure and continuously improve product execution health.
• Own the product launch cadence (readiness reviews, launch gates, post-launch follow-ups). • Maintain and evolve launch frameworks for services, features, and regional rollouts. • Partner with PMs to keep roadmaps accurate, consistent, and usable for leadership and GTM teams. • Run cross-functional product rituals across Product, Engineering, Sales, Support, and Marketing. • Ensure products are clearly documented, correctly staged (private / public), and sellable. • Turn operational signals (support issues, sales blockers, billing or capacity gaps) into structured inputs for product planning. • Continuously improve how product execution scales as the platform grows.
