- Strong product mindset and customer obsession — ability to connect product decisions with real customer and commercial context.
- A track record of building, improving, or scaling product processes that actually work — and keep working as teams grow.
- Hands-on people leadership experience, supporting teams, setting clear expectations, and raising the bar.
- Strong command of planning, discovery, and delivery, with confidence in:
- prioritisation and roadmap governance.
- capacity planning and SLAs.
- product and delivery metrics (velocity, predictability, quality).
- Fluency with modern product tools: Jira, Confluence or Notion, Figma, and analytics platforms.
- A data-driven mindset, comfort with ambiguity, and the ability to turn complexity into clarity.
- Systems thinking, clear structured communication, ability to influence without authority, leadership & ambition, results-oriented mindset, conflict management, and strong cultural fit.
- Experience in fintech/payments, B2B, and marketing acquisition.
