• Responsible for a specific geographic territory and the successful promotion and growth of Neurocrine products • Manages and develops long-term relationships with physicians and other customers for targeted accounts in their assigned territory • Represents Neurocrine brand(s) and their approved indications • Drives product acceptance and growth through targeted education and strategic account management • Executes territory sales strategies to meet or exceed objectives via in-person and virtual communications • Identifies and addresses territory-specific opportunities and barriers to product success • Effectively manages promotional resources and budget • Builds and maintains relationships with key stakeholders including: Healthcare providers (Psychiatrists, Neurologists, NPs, PAs), Clinical staff (RNs, LPNs, PharmDs), Key opinion leaders and advocacy groups, Community Mental Health Clinics and Long Term Care facilities, Local/regional payers and pharmacies
• Lead the commercial strategy and execution for the Medical Devices Regulatory Services business across EMEA. • Deliver annual revenue, growth and profitability targets while supporting long-term strategic objectives. • Drive sales performance and market penetration across the region. • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, regulators, industry bodies and key stakeholders. • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships and growth initiatives. • Collaborate with global and regional teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience. • Lead, coach and develop commercial leaders and teams to build organisational capability and succession plans. • Drive operational excellence through forecasting, KPI management, process improvement and business planning.
