• Active Headhunting: Source, attract, and close top-tier outbound BPO sales talent using aggressive outbound sourcing methods • End-to-End Ownership: Own the entire recruitment funnel—from active market mapping to final offer negotiations • Strategic Input: Act as a local market expert. Analyze our talent pipeline and proactively suggest improvements to support our organizational growth • Future Leadership: For the right person, this role could be the stepping stone to leading and managing our local branch setup in the Philippines down the line
Job Requirements
- 8–10+ years of total Talent Acquisition experience, with at least 2+ years in a team lead or people management capacity, demonstrating full ownership of end-to-end recruitment (not coordinator-supported or partially assisted hiring)
- Strong expertise in proactive sourcing and headhunting, with a proven track record of identifying and engaging passive candidates through networking, referrals, and direct outreach
- Experience working in fast-paced, high-volume recruitment environments (e.g., BPO, shared services, agency, or scaling/fast-growing organizations)
- Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, unstructured, or evolving environments, with minimal supervision and limited process guardrails
- Strong ownership mindset with the ability to independently manage workload, prioritize effectively, and consistently deliver hiring outcomes
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with confidence engaging both candidates and international business partners in a remote or distributed setup
- Highly proactive, resourceful, and adaptable, with a willingness to support adjacent business functions such as sales operations, workforce coordination, or customer success as needed
