• Process warranty related information in appropriate databases under limited supervision • Respond to request in a timely manner, performing due diligence checks prior to updates • Communicate with stakeholders to gather information in order to properly process requests • Manage the One-Off Authorization inbox, Templates and Rules and respond or redirect additional email traffic • Communicate with Channel Readiness and Training teams effectively to document training needs and training availabilities • Administrator for all Special Trainings – create classes in CST, monitor enrollments, email training links to students and close courses
