• Lead the security execution of an autonomous AI agent platform. • Validate the platform's security posture throughout the development lifecycle. • Focus on AI-specific risks such as prompt injection, tool misuse, secrets management, authorization, and auditability. • Work closely with Engineering, Product, and Platform teams to identify vulnerabilities early. • Perform threat modeling and define security controls. • Ensure the platform is ready for internal and external security reviews before release.

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of end-to-end, scalable AI solutions. • Build, train, and optimize Machine Learning and Deep Learning models. • Continuously improve model performance, accuracy, and operational cost efficiency. • Develop and integrate backend and frontend components for AI-powered applications. • Design scalable, secure, and high-performance software architectures. • Ensure code quality through testing, code reviews, and software development best practices. • Analyze large datasets to identify patterns and develop predictive models. • Implement data preparation, cleansing, and transformation pipelines. • Develop advanced analytics solutions to solve complex business challenges. • Build and deploy AI solutions using Machine Learning services on AWS, GCP, or Microsoft Azure. • Integrate AI models into scalable cloud infrastructures. • Optimize model deployment, monitoring, maintenance, and lifecycle management in production environments. • Provide technical leadership for strategic Artificial Intelligence initiatives. • Mentor and guide engineers across the team, promoting technical excellence and best practices. • Research emerging AI technologies, tools, and industry trends to drive continuous innovation. • Document system architectures, technical processes, and design decisions. • Communicate project progress, technical findings, and business impact effectively to both technical teams and business stakeholders.

• Implementar y administrar controles de seguridad en AWS (IAM, VPC, EC2, S3, RDS, EKS, entre otros). • Configurar herramientas nativas: GuardDuty, Security Hub, CloudTrail, Config, WAF, Shield, Inspector, Macie. • Monitoreo y respuesta a incidentes (CloudWatch, logs, SIEM, análisis y remediación). • Definir y ejecutar procesos de DRP/BCP (RTO, RPO, backups y pruebas). • Gestionar vulnerabilidades, parches y seguimiento a hallazgos. • Administrar identidades y accesos (IAM, RBAC, MFA, SSO, Secrets Manager). • Asegurar cumplimiento con estándares como CIS, NIST y SOC 2.

• Develop and maintain new features for the existing Swift-based iOS application. • Integrate Python-based Machine Learning models into the mobile application. • Design and enhance map-based functionality. • Lead the migration from the native Swift application to React Native or Flutter. • Collaborate with the Backend team to define API contracts. • Manage application versioning and handle deployments using TestFlight.

• Design, develop, and maintain backend APIs and services within a multi-tenant architecture, ensuring strict tenant data isolation and security. • Develop new features using TypeScript and serverless architectures. • Design and optimize PostgreSQL databases, including data modeling, migrations, and Row-Level Security (RLS) policies. • Build and maintain integrations with third-party services and APIs, including authentication, webhooks, idempotent processes, and data reconciliation. • Collaborate directly with external vendors to troubleshoot issues and implement new integrations. • Design and maintain secure APIs and processes for data exchange with business partners. • Ensure the secure handling of sensitive information and Personally Identifiable Information (PII). • Optimize and maintain Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines. • Implement monitoring, alerting, and ensure consistency and stability across development, staging, and production environments. • Support the integration of Machine Learning models with backend services and mobile applications. • Lead infrastructure and service migrations (including email, DNS, and related services) while ensuring business continuity. • Actively contribute to technical decisions related to architecture, scalability, performance, and security.

• Build the SME Studio interfaces for the six MVP knowledge-capture exercises. • Build validation, admin, and error-handling UI around Agent DNA. • Lay the groundwork for review and explainability surfaces. • Partner tightly with Product and Design on human-in-the-loop workflows.

• Owns scope, acceptance criteria, stakeholder alignment, and the explicit MVP requirement cut. • Own the backlog, acceptance criteria, and tradeoffs for each phase. • Maintain the “manual now vs automate later” decision log. • Define measurable quality for probabilistic agent behavior in partnership with the Tech Lead and Agent Quality / Evals Engineer. • Hold scope discipline after each gate and prevent phase leakage. • Coordinate SME availability, design-partner input, and executive expectations.

• Administer and maintain Atlassian Cloud products, including Jira Software, Confluence, and Jira Service Management. • Configure and manage Jira projects, issue types, custom fields, screens, workflows, permission schemes, and notification schemes. • Create and maintain Confluence spaces, templates, permissions, and knowledge-sharing structures. • Design, configure, and optimize Jira Service Management portals, request types, queues, and ITSM workflows. • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business processes into scalable Atlassian solutions. • Develop and maintain advanced automations using Automation for Jira, ScriptRunner (Groovy), and Atlassian APIs. • Manage integrations with enterprise platforms such as Okta, Azure AD, DevOps tools, and other third-party systems. • Administer user access, groups, permissions, and Single Sign-On (SSO) configurations. • Conduct periodic access reviews and support compliance and audit requirements. • Monitor platform performance, troubleshoot issues, and resolve incidents related to Atlassian products and integrations. • Manage Atlassian Marketplace apps, ensuring compatibility, security, and performance. • Provide technical support and guidance to end users, resolving issues and answering platform-related questions. • Create and maintain technical documentation, knowledge base articles, and user guides. • Deliver training sessions and promote best practices for Jira, Confluence, and Jira Service Management usage. • Participate in governance initiatives, platform optimization, and continuous improvement efforts.
