Ortus - Communication et information en Santé

• Conduct clinics in a remote primary care setting • Comprehensive medication reviews for patients, focusing on safety, efficacy, and adherence. • Handle Acute/Repeat Medication requests in incoming patient triage requests • Manage incoming sick note requests (training can be provided if necessary) • Meds reconciliation • Look into any clinical queries/complaints raised by our practices involving any of the clinical work at Ortus. • Involvement in onboarding of new practices • Contribute to design of Ortus clinical pathways and protocols • Stay updated with current pharmaceutical and clinical guidelines and contribute to the development of practice protocols. • Leadership and management of the pharmacists at Ortus Health (recruitment, management and performance management - can grow into this role if not already capable).

• Act as the primary contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing support related to Ortus Health services. • Proactively engage with clients to assess their satisfaction level and identify opportunities for improvement. • Develop a deep understanding of Ortus Health's services and communicate this effectively to clients. • Collaborate with internal teams to address client feedback and contribute to service enhancements. • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and feedback in our CRM system.

• Review and analyse clinical documentation to accurately assign codes to diagnoses, procedures, and treatments using classification systems. • Ensure compliance with coding guidelines and regulations to maintain quality and integrity. • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to clarify information and resolve coding discrepancies. • Stay updated with changes in coding practices and healthcare regulations. • Generate reports and summaries as needed for auditing and performance analysis. • Participate in educational opportunities to enhance coding skills and knowledge.
