• Creative for campaigns and brand initiatives translating briefs into distinct, ownable concepts with a clear point of view. • Design high-performing social media ad creative (static and adaptable) for Instagram, Facebook, and other paid channels, optimized for multiple formats (1:1, 4:5, 9:16) and conversion. • Own UI/UX design in Figma; landing pages, web sections, and product experiences using auto-layout, components, and design tokens to build responsive, usable interfaces. • Produce premium product visuals through advanced retouching and realistic color grading, preserving structure, shadows, and material accuracy. • Follow brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across digital, print, and product touch points. • Partner cross-functionally with marketing, product, and content to align design with business goals, storytelling, and performance. • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing speed and craft while consistently delivering on tight timelines. • Stay ahead of trends, tools, and techniques in design, advertising, and product, and bring fresh thinking into the team.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience)
- 5+ years of professional design experience, including a senior or lead-level role
- Outstanding portfolio demonstrating creative direction, social ad creative, UI/UX, and product/brand work
- Full command of the Adobe Creative Suite — Photoshop, Illustrator, including advanced retouching and realistic color grading
- Strong command of Figma with auto-layout, components, variants, and design tokens
- Strong UI/UX expertise is a major plus for this role: hierarchy, layout, usability, responsive design, and conversion-minded thinking
- Deep grasp of design fundamentals: typography, color theory, composition, and grid systems
- Proven experience designing digital advertising creative (social media ads, paid campaigns)
- Excellent communication skills; able to present, defend, and refine ideas, and to absorb feedback gracefully
- Strong ownership, attention to detail, and time management while juggling multiple priorities
- Experience leading or mentoring designers within a creative team
- Advanced UI/UX practice — prototyping, interaction design, or design-system ownership in Figma
- Familiarity with HTML and CSS for design-to-web handoff
- Experience in e-commerce, Travel, Health, or Fitness brand environments
- Understanding of performance-creative principles and iterating designs based on ad data.

Duties & Responsibilities - Craft motion graphics and ensure implementation by software engineers is solid. - Design for desktop-based and/or tablet-based UIs. - Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with software engineers and other stakeholders. - Illustrate design ideas to product stakeholders using mockups as needed. - Provide feedback to software engineers as designs are implemented to ensure user experience is cohesive and accurate. - Regularly workshop efforts with the Creative Director and the Creative Operations team to maintain a cohesive design and user experience of the digital product. - Leverage design thinking and questioning techniques to develop strategies where pathways are not clear. - Perform other duties as assigned.
