Role Description The Middleweight Graphic Designer plays a key role in developing high-quality visual content across digital learning, marketing, and communications. This position focuses on designing engaging eLearning and classroom materials while ensuring alignment with brand standards and learning design principles. Senior Client Program Coordinator

Role Description The Client Senior Program Coordinator (CPC) serves as a key member of Wall Street Prep’s Operations team, supporting both the Program Management and Account Management functions. The CPC plays a central role in guiding clients through onboarding, program delivery, and renewal processes to support revenue growth and exceptional client experiences. This role is responsible for coordinating the logistics and operational execution of our training programs while helping to build strong relationships with client accounts across corporate, public, certificate, and university verticals. The CPC must thrive in fast-paced, high-stakes environments that require creativity, initiative, and strong problem-solving skills. The role offers the opportunity to work closely with senior leaders at Wall Street Prep as well as decision-makers at leading investment banks, private equity firms, and Fortune 500 companies. This role is based remotely in Dubai or Abu Dhabi and requires regular travel to client locations throughout the Middle East to support program delivery. Key Responsibilities - Client Program Management - Manage 25-50% of clients directly with an Account Manager. - Create and maintain program logistics trackers and documentation. - Continuously update program logistics based on inputs from Program Managers (PMs) and clients. - Manage instructor travel logistics end-to-end. - Monitor travel budgets for clients with cost caps. - Create, update, and manage program surveys and compile final results reports. - Assign and manage Poll Everywhere and Zoom accounts. - Prepare Zoom welcome materials and resources to share with clients. - Schedule client and internal meetings as requested. - Develop first drafts of client kickoff presentations and program review decks. - Respond to operational “fire drills.” - Maintain client program rosters and user access across systems. - Oversee online only clients. - Support ad hoc requests from corporate clients. - Regional Program Support - Support programs primarily across the Middle East and broader EMEA region. - Respond to client and instructor inquiries during Middle East business hours. - Travel to client sites to support the execution of in-person training programs. - Operations & Cross-Functional Support - Assist the Head of Department and senior leadership with special projects. - Help document internal processes and create reporting materials. - Support internal workflows such as exam submission and grading processes. - Contribute to the overall operational health of the business.
