Role Description Enterprise Account Executive – Workforce Software - Selling our strategic HR solution to large enterprise accounts in a defined geographic territory. The product portfolio includes: - Time and Attendance - Staff Forecasting and Scheduling - Absence Management / Compliance - Labor Analytics - Target industries include: - High Tech - Financial Services - Education - Hospitality - Public Sector - Manufacturing - Retail - Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) - Airlines - Utilities - Managing entire sales process from prospect generation, qualification, demonstrations, proposals, to closing sales. - Aggressive pipeline building through cold calling, networking, internet, etc. with an associated high close-rate of opportunities created. Must be tenacious with high energy and activity levels. - Responding to RFIs and RFPs.
