Role Description Reporting to the Engineering Director, you’ll manage engineering projects across distribution centers and plant‑based warehouses, with responsibility for developing warehouse process and infrastructure improvement strategies that maximize asset effectiveness while maintaining capital and repair and maintenance (R&M) spend within budget. You’ll provide enterprise ownership and execution leadership for powered industrial equipment (PIT) and industrial racking systems across the manufacturing and distribution network, including standards development, lifecycle strategy, capital planning, and safe, reliable execution across ambient, refrigerated, and frozen environments.
