Role Description The Payroll Compliance & Efficiency Specialist will be responsible for researching, applying to Thrivent’s situation, recommending changes, and then implementing changes to ensure that Thrivent’s current Workday payroll setup is compliant with all applicable payroll tax laws, regulations, and company policies for the company’s complex, nationwide workforce. In addition to the primary focus on compliance, this position will also serve as a backup to the payroll processors and the payroll audit function.
