Title: Growth Strategy & Operations Analyst Location: New York City, NY Full Time Growth Mid Level Growth Strategy & Operations Analyst About Leap Leap is building the world’s largest network of branded retail stores - powered by data, systems, and scale. The Leap Platform enables brands to deploy physical retail that works in concert with ecommerce, faster and with meaningfully reduced cost and risk. We bring modern brands to life through compelling, immersive customer experiences and data-driven operations. Our team is powering the next generation of leading consumer brands by creating vibrant presences in local communities nationwide. As one of the fastest-growing companies in the retail and ecommerce space, Leap has launched stores for dozens of brands and continues to scale its network across brands, markets, and categories. Come take this leap with us. Your ideas, perspective, and voice are valued here. The Role Leap is seeking a Growth Strategy & Operations Analyst to support the processes, analyses, and initiatives that fuel the company’s growth. This role sits within Leap’s Growth organization and operates at the intersection of go-to-market strategy, real estate, and business operations. The Growth Strategy & Operations team serves as the analytical and operational backbone of Growth - supporting Business Development and Real Estate while acting as the cross-functional partners between Growth and other teams at Leap. The team helps shape how opportunities are evaluated, how deals (both net new business and renewals) are structured, and how the platform scales efficiently through key strategic initiatives. A central part of this role is identifying and building automations and AI-enabled workflows that meaningfully reduce manual work across the Growth function. We’re looking for someone who can scope the problem, build the solution, and own the outcome. You will also partner closely with leaders and cross-functional teams to support live brand and real estate deals, contribute to high-impact strategic initiatives, and design and execute Growth workflows and processes that enable Leap to scale. You will participate in strategic projects across go-to-market, pricing, and growth planning, build analyses and materials that inform executive decision-making, and own execution of key deliverables tied directly to company objectives. This is an ideal role for candidates who are builders at heart, move quickly, and leave processes meaningfully better than they found them. Location This role is based in New York City, with the expectation to be in the office 4 days a week. Core Responsibilities - Automation & Workflow Building: Identify high-friction processes across the Growth function and build working solutions (automations, AI agents, and integrated workflows) that reduce manual effort and increase execution speed. - Deal Support & Underwriting: Draw insights from financial underwriting, pricing analyses, and deal scenarios to support the end-to-end lifecycle of brand and real estate opportunities. Develop analyses and materials that inform investment decisions, deal structuring, and go-to-market strategy. - Go-To-Market Strategy & Workflows: Support the design, execution, and ongoing refinement of go-to-market and Growth workflows that move opportunities from early interest through signed agreements. Apply structured problem-solving and process improvement to improve how Growth operates at scale. - Reporting: Standardize key metric tracking and pipeline reporting to support visibility and decision-making across the Growth organization. Translate data into clear, actionable insights that help evaluate opportunity quality, pipeline health, and performance trends. - Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Finance, Legal & Risk, and Operational Teams to support the evaluation and execution of growth opportunities as well as product evolution. Contribute to cross-functional projects through deep understanding of Leap’s business model, unit economics, and operating capabilities. - Brand & Platform Support: Develop a strong understanding of Leap’s business model and value proposition. Support external-facing materials and conversations by tailoring Leap’s platform narrative to prospective brand partners’ P&L structures, growth objectives, and operating models. Our Ideal Candidate Has - 1-3 years in GTM operations, RevOps, growth ops, or a high-growth startup, consulting or banking (hands-on experience building automations, tools, or operational workflows). - Strong business and financial acumen with comfort navigating models, data, and deal documentation. - Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; able to build, pressure-test, and clearly explain analyses with limited guidance. - A “no task too big or too small” approach, with the ability to switch seamlessly between detailed execution and higher-level problem solving. - Self-starting, accountable, detail-oriented, and results-driven mindset. - Interest in consumer brands, retail, real estate, and platform businesses. - Clear, concise written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Outcomes & Measures of Success - Ship automations and AI-enabled workflows that meaningfully reduce manual work and increase execution velocity across the Growth function. - Develop deep familiarity with Leap’s growth approach and underwriting model, producing materials that directly inform high-quality strategic and deal decisions. - Improve the speed, consistency, and quality of Growth outputs through strong execution and process support. - Contribute meaningfully to quarterly and annual targets across brand signings, locations added, revenue, margin, and real estate utilization. - Support initiatives that improve the overall mix of brands, leases, and stores across the platform. - Be a trusted, reliable partner and team member within the Growth organization and a positive contributor to a high-performance team culture.
